Shooting hydro doesn't make sense because of its high oral bioavailability. The results of a CWE still contain lots of pill material unless you use an extremely serious series of filters and even then it still doesn't make sense because you're better off just eating it. Don't bother taking the health risk!

If you've got the quantity you need for an effective c.w.e. I would either plug the results or snort it. It seems to have a better effect this way for some reason as opposed to bootin it. I know it doesnt make sense but try it, you'll probably find as I did it works better.

rectally you will get about a 12% better rush than oral, plus it's less embarassing.

I found a way to do it on the HeroinHelper guide.I think its the same as CWE,I took the Vicodin ,crushed it really good w/ a mortar and pestal,cooked a lil in a spoon w/water,I had it dumped in a glass test tube by this point,then it said to let it set for about 20 minutes or longer .The tylenol will float to the top and on the bottom of the test tube will be all the good stuff,Take something like a panty hose and strain the contents in the test tube, whats left will be a pretty good dose of Hydro and I hate Vicodins,Loratab etc.,but even with my monster tolerence when Vicoden/7.5 was all I had.This is what I did in my hotel room in NYC the first couple mornings I was there.It got me motivated enough to get my ass outta bed and walking around with no withdrawals so I could score some much better stuff,but without the initial Vicoden shot,I wouldn't have been able to get outta bed.Try it and see what you think.IV users that is.If you don't already IV use then I wouldn't start.

Were all addicts, regardless if you take it for pain or enjoyment or to keep the w/d's at bay. If you find yourself on a site called "Opiophile" for more than 1 hour a day, guess what......YOUR A FUCKIN OPIATE ADDICT!! Regardless of your route of administration is, your just as addicted as the next guy.

Shooting hydro probably isnt the safest thing to do, but people do it, regardless of what anyone else has to say about it. The best advice on here is to probably plug the hydro after a CWE. That would yeild the best results. But as for rush....I dont think even when a good hydro buzz kicks in would I call it a rush. If your trying to get a rush from hydro your probably not going to succeed. Its just not that kind of drug, but when your in w/d it can be the difference between being able to move and not being able to move.

the best luck i had was crushing and dissolveing in water....then chugging. it kicks it in faster ....but the taste is horrid.....

Admit it folks its people like us junkys that become addicted to the needle and the ritual that goes with it.although the high surely is different.Especially with morphine,but I think honestly its the whole addiction to the needle and ritual itself which is another addiction on its own.]

However ive heard of people having to get limbs amputated because of shooting various amounts of apap and it just clogs the vein so the limb dies. Now dont get me wrong im not going to judge someone on whether they do this or not, i probably would if i was w/d'in real bad. but as for now im straight on that, Thanks for the tip tho!

SWIM was getting 15/80 Hydro/APAP’s and did some CWE and put it in a vein. It is doable, and SWIM did a boat load trying to get a rush. SWIM felt a slight rush doing 75mg hydro in a 1cc solution of hydro and distilled water. It really is a waste of drugs in SWIMs opinion.

thats pretty nice as for the APAP ratio. Seems safer than doing a 5/500 but still i dont quite like the odds. thats pretty stupid for me to say though, considering if i had those, i would just wanna try banging it for the "ritual". Maybe i'd try browning it..never have before. I think i made a feeble attempt but i got weirded out when i stopped for a moment and thought "Wait a minute.... im shoving drugs in my ass..."

Dude, of course it makes since: shooting = rush which = much much higher and much increased effects, so if A=B, and B=C, then A=C...so shooting = much higher!

Yeah but does the high outweigh the risks. sure its easily accessable and an opiate. but just that APAP and horror stories are a pretty good "Con".

Please do not as there will still be aspirin in solution. It is slightly soluble in water meaning some will float and some will dissolve. Given the amount of material in blood, you could have the APAP crystallize out in your vein. That would not be a good thing.

Lemme get this straight, you have a brand new baby at home and you're TRYING to get hooked on opiates?! I hope you're not nursing this little one and taking dope because you're going to end up getting your baby hooked too. I mean physically addicted. And that is totally unfair to the baby because he or she didn't ask to have some drugs.

If you don't think it will happen to you, I mean getting hooked, you're sorely mistaken. If you take that shit for even a few weeks in a row, you'll be addicted. And how in the hell are going to take care of your baby while going through w/d's. I know it's tempting to be buzzed out when going through that most trying time of the first few months of a child's life. I am not a woman, but I have a 3-year old boy and I remember that first few months and it was NOT FUN! And as a matter of fact, at that time I was completely drug free (even now I the only opiate I take is buprenorphine, as a maintenance med).

O.K., I'll shut up now. I don't want to come across as preachy or admonishing (I probably already did, though). Just something to think about. Think hard about.

I'm with Z on this one. I'm not going to judge you if you want to get high or use, that's your choice. If you are breast feeding, seriously consider switching to formula for your babies sake. What Zoop said is true, you will get your baby physically addicted and they go through everything we do when withdrawing. I couldn't deal with a sick baby if I was sick myself, I know that for sure I can barely take care of myself in that situation. Take some time to read up about withdrawal so you know what you are truly getting into. If you think you are a little sick now from not having any after a few weeks or a month or whatever, it only gets worse from here.

Just to let everyone know, I DO NOT breastfeed. I have a conditiont that doesn't allow me to do it. I haven't had anything in a while and I really wish I didn't WANT to have anymore. I am not physically addicted and I don't want to be. The pull is still there though. I have two very small children and no money and a whole range of problems that make my life hell and getting high was the only thing that seemed to make it all beter, at least for a short period of time. I ordered from that store ove a month ago, who knows if it's a rip off or not. Part of me hopes it is and part of me doesn't. Anyways, I don't think I'll come back here. I need to just suck it up and get on with living. Talking about it only makes it worse. But what will I do if it wasn't a scam???? Tough one.

Dont shoot hydro! It can kill you. Many people have lost their lives trying to IV hydro. If you dont die you run a huge risk of pulmonary edema or abseces. APAP is some horrible shit, you dont want that in your veines.
