need some advice

Hey guys and gals, Swim came across a handfull of 8mg dillies today and swim hass the tolls to Iv but has never done it with dillies , swim has IVed H before any advice swim also took 30mg of methadone 5 hours ago, what should swim do?

Wait a while so the methadone gets out of your system so it won't block anything. Dilaudid is easy to prep for IV. What does 30mg of methadone do to you? Does it just keep w/d at bay, or does it get you high? Whatever the case, I'd still wait a while for the methadone to clear. IV hydromorphone is all about the rush. If there is even the slightest chance of having the methadone blocking it, it's really going to be a waste.

Put one in a big spoon and put just about a quarter sized amount of water on it,maybe just a tad more.
I use a candle for the flame but you could use a lighter I suppose but I have shaky hands whenever I get them on anything I gotta cook up.
Anyways, cook it but dont let it boil up on you....just let it "simmer" a little and tiny bubbles are okay but make sure you dont let it boil up.
It'll dissolve rather quickly with very little residue left behind.
This is when I put the cotton on the edge of the water then put the works in my mouth (plunger first of course) then with one hand on the spoon and one on the works I tilt the spoon to the cotton then holding the works with my other hand I use my teeth to pull the plunger.
I think you will probably still get off even with the meth in you,30 mgs of meth aint that much,I know plenty of people on that level who still shoot dope and get off, you just have to use more. I guess its a person by person scenario.
Just be careful and don't o.d. bro.

1. If 30mg of methadone gets you high, you REALLY do need to wait to do the Dillies: a.) because it will probably block / blunt the rush; and b.) if 30mg of methadone gets you high, you have a fairly low tolerance, and you don't need to combine IV hydromorphone with the methadone.

2. Be VERY careful when IV'ing Dillies. Check on a narcotics calculator to see what dose you would need. For instance, compare your oral methadone dose to IV hydromorphone. Obviously you can't do that with heroin or street drugs. But, take a known pharm where you know exactly how much you need, and convert it to hydromorphone (and make sure you choose IV, not PO).

3. Be prepared for your tolerance to rise shooting Dillies.

swim did 50 mg of done last night on top of the 30mg this morning so swim has a pretty high tolerance. like 120-160mg of OC at a time
