Really is was more like the opana ir vs. dilaudid challenge. Swim got his hands on some 10mg opana ir and some 8mg dilaudid. Swim did one shot each morning the past two days and for swim Dilaudid is the hands down iv winner!!! It rushes so much harder, idk maybe Swim didn't prep the opoana right bit did a few experiments and the dillies win it. What do tou fellow opios think?

Opana is harder to prep, way more filler - but if you do it right, it's really a lot like dilaudid with longer legs. Dilaudid is great cos it's so fucking easy to prep and the rush knocks you on your ass, but it doesn't have any legs, a lot like fent really..

Mg to mg I think a D rush is probably a little better, but I've booted a few 10mg IR Opana, and they do not suck once you get the shit out of the binder..

They're two completly different highs. Dillies are initial omg am I going to survive this then northing and Opana is high and nodding for hours.

I don't IV so I can't give my opinion on that but tonight I got my hands on some Opana 10's( regular Opana) and 40's (Extended Release formula)....I did the 10 first, felt like I did maybe a 20 of Oxy but seemed to last longer, this was earlier in the evening...than about 2 hours ago I did the 40...the 40 rocked me, I am still rocked...it has been probably one of the best buzzes I have had in a long ass time...I think to get this fucked up off of Dilaudid I would have to do a good bit of them....I have done a lot of Dilaudids at one time before and it seems if I do enough of them to feel this good I get really sleepy and crash hard...now granted I haven't really had time to crash yet...I like the Opana buzz. it is a clean my entire house on one dose kinda buzz, I can't think quickly nor type quickly for that matter...The only thing I hate about this type of buzz is I get distracted easily and loose track of time....I will start one thing and move to something else without finishing the first...I originallly started replying to this like about an hour ago and it has taken me a long ass time to even type...I started replying then decided to feed/water the cats and dog, give them treats, make a smoothie--which is delish by the way pinapple bananna mango with all fresh fruit and coconut yogurt...then came back and finished typing...see what I mean, I totally got off subject there.

I guess what I have been trying to say through all this rambling is in my opinion Opana beats Dilaudid...for snorting anyways

IMHO Its too hard to say D is better than Opana, or vice-a-versa. Everyone is different. I know people that would prefer codeine to oxy, or oral morphine over oxycontin. It's an individual taste. I think that while debating is good (to get others opinions), But there will never be an overwhelming favorite for one or the other.

As someone that has tried both (unfortunately, not having them at the same time) and since my ROA is something other than I.V. I can only say that I believe that opana's plugged or nasally is the best. (atleast for me)

Unfortunately, I have never had the privilege of getting my hands on opana. Although I have had Ds multiple times. The first shot always floors you but then after that it looses its magic for me. Plus my tolerance goes sky high and I end up needing a ridiculous amount of D (like 32mg @ once) to get high for like 15 minutes...it's very frusterating.

I also don't IV, but issued my own Pepsi/Coke challenge using Opana 10 mg IR and Dilaudid brand name product and I found that it corresponded directly to the bioavailability listings for both.

Orally, dilaudid is listed at about 30% and oxymorphone at about 10%. Yep, that was my experience with dilaudid performing much better orally.

Intranasally, dilaudid is listed at about 42% and oxymorphone quite a bit higher. It would seem that those figures are pretty accurate as well.

For me personally, plugging is over-rated and no drug works that well for me in that way, particularly these two, so I don't plug anything.

These two are close enough performance wise in both pain control and euphoria generation that people will need to perform their own Pepsi challenge to see which they prefer. Personally, I found I prefer the dilaudid simply because of the side effects if for no other reason.

How do you prep it? I have been using a needleless oral syringe and pusing the opana/water mixture into the spoon then filtering w/ cotton again for the draw up, no heat, seems to work well but, do you have a better/easier way?

A buddy of mine recently tried opana and said they were 'awesome!' They video taped thierselves on them and looked pretty sedated,not energetic like thier usual hydro-/oxy- gets them. I've personally never tried them but have done dillies many times and love them! They just don't last long. I wonder if opana has a rush like d.

Opana is worthless orally, just as dillies are, IMO. Opana has a good rush, and lasts pretty long also. Again, my opinion though.

Dillies for sure. The Opanas have more legs and just as intense a rush, but they feel like they are missing something. For me they are almost all body rush and not enough euphoria. Even the body rush feels somehow incomplete. Dillies just seem to have more "magic" to them, as dumb as that sounds. But shit, I still love those opanas too.
