Not sure if anyone else has seen this video. The girl in this video is only 15 years old, She flicks off her shoe and curses at the 2 police guys and they proceed to beat the shit out of her. This is just another example of Cops doing what they do best, Abusing there power and beating the shit out of someone who did not deserve it, This video has me infuriated.

That is fucking wrong. I love it how the cops try to say there are 2 sides to the story. No matter what that girl said she didn't deserve a beatdown like that. I hope that cop gets put in jail and gets a beat up from the feet up. The comments on youtube also say he shot 2 people in 8 years too, not that you can depend on youtube comments just saying.

whats sad is that in most cases like this the police get off w/o charge, termination etc...
they give examples of ignorance,they were provoked,thought she had a gun etc..
police officers wonder why they are hated?
look at this, this is sad and outrageous...last month an innocent man gets shot in the back by san francisco cops ,he was handcuffed and laying on his stomach..
they lied and claimed that he was striking them,acted like he had a gun etc..
they pulled all of the surveillance video and continued to lie..
a person with a cell phone videotaped the whole thing and gave it to the news..
the truth came out and then police changed their entire story...did anyone get jailed,fired etc?
hell no...its a joke
they think they are god, how dare a slave speak out of line against them?
they need to learn that they dont make laws,they enforce laws...
this is another example of whats wrong with this country.......
nothing will fucking happen either...it will keep happening over and over and over again..

Holy shit, that's way over the top. She didn't even kick the shoe at them in any way that could be described as threatening.. It looked like it bounced to the ground 2 feet in front of her.
The sad thing is, this cop will probably be suspended, or at most lose him job, when he should really be tried for assault and put behind bars. Any other person using that kind of excessive force against anyone, let alone a teenage girl would spent a while in prison. This really is sickening.

Clinton I believe the case in Oakland where a BART policeman shot and killed a handcuffed man that the BART Officer has been charged with murder and a case is gong to be tried. There has been a lot of local coverage about it being it was an unarmed man murdered and also that a police officer is being charged for something that happened while on duty. I heard this weekend that the official story has changed 3 times now as to what happened. Depending on how this trial turns out I think will play an impact on how the Bay Area is viewed and of course how people in the Bay Area will view each other. A lot of people around here are watching it very closely.

In addition, the girl complained of pain and had difficulty breathing following the attack and was not even taken to a hospital or anything. That beating was brutal. She obviously needed professional medical attention, but did not receive it. Fucking PIGS.

Wow...now I know sometimes the cops need to use force to restrain someone, but some 15 year old girl who flipped her shoe off and some cops shin did not deserve a beatdown like that. I mean they have probably been to domestic situations where they thought that some guy is a pig for punching his girlfriend, and they go and do that? He deserves to be put in jail and let whatever happens...happen

I live in the Bay Area and the individual who was shot was named Oscar Grant - who would have turned 23 only two days ago on this past Friday - by BART Police officer Johannes Mehserle. I'm sure many of you have seen the 'main' video (of which there were actually many recorded) of the incident, of which was recorded by a civilian while inside a BART train stopped in the station, and it is a very sad record of a completely unnecessary and unfortunate happening.
Since the incident, there has been much activism and protest throughout the Bay Area - especially in Oakland - in regards to the overwhelmingly obvious unrightful death of this young man; this action continues to this day and in fact just this past Friday on Oscar's birthday, a mass protest and stand occurred at the Hayward BART station. People are fed up with police brutality and unecssarily over the top conduct which has been within many-a-headline in Northern California lately, including a rash of recent 'taser death' occurrences, where officers have been inadvertently killing suspected criminals whilst tasing them, recently.
Anyhow, before this turns into a novel, I just wanted to throw my hat into the ring and at least let you all know what I know as seeing how the original video of that poor 15 year old getting her face smashed into the wall brought up the story of Oscar Grant, so thus in closing, I would just like to give a cheers to Oscar in his memory.

And then i hope that fat ugly cunt gets what he really deserves, which is a bit more than the sack or criminal charges.....Its called revenge and its best served cold....

my dear raz, i concur. but if the girl gets the settlement it won't come out of the officer's pocket as it ought. the taxpayer will foot that bill. i wait with bated breath the day the crook (in this case the cop) will be held responsible for their actions financially and otherwise, the way the rest of us lowly citizens are.
edit~~> police kill innocents in botched raids all the time and still claim no responsibility and therefore don't get disciplined at all. as fucked up as this case is (op) this shit is mild by comparison, just that it was caught on videotape. if it wasn't for that then no one would have found out about it and it wouldn't have gotten any press and the girl would have no case at all. stats at the cato institute and it aint pretty.

The disturbing video (http://perezhilton.com/2009-03-01-if-you-are-easily-offended-271), which made it's rounds on the internet last weekend, depicted Deputy Paul Schene repeatedly kicking and punching the young girl who was awaiting booking in a holding cell last November.
Not surprising at all, this isn't the first violent altercation Deputy Schene has been linked to. In 2006, the deputy was involved in the shooting of a mentally ill victim who struggled with the officer after being pulled over for a traffic violation.

Schene's bail has been set at $10,000 and an internal investigation of the assault is being pursued through the King County Sheriff's Office.

I wanna lock this guy up, knock him out for a couple months, giving him MASSIVE doses of etorphine, keeping him alive with a respirator, or just increasing the dose as fast as possible without killing him. keep him on it for a year or two, give him the biggest habit the world has ever seen, then cut him off cold turkey, and THEN cut off his legs and let the girl have her revenge. she'd just have to breathe on him and he'd be crying in pain.
