Tussionex MPI?

I actualy got tussionex today (bad sinus infection that led to bronchitus) and its Tussionex Penn. MPI with a antihistamine in it. Im trying to figure out of i can take two teaspoons or if the amount of anti histamine in each teaspoon is to high to double the dose. Any one know whats in it, the dose and if it can be doubled?

They say that for almost all of of the tussionex mixes. Im trying to figureout what antihistamine max daily dose is. So max for chlorpheniramine.

trust me built in to any dose like that is a measure for screwing up take at least 2 probably 3 with your experience

WHat i mean is at what dose could the antihistamine become dangerous? If i take 10ml dose (normal is 5ml) would that be dangerous? I keep looking info up but i cant seem to find anything, damned chlorpheniramine!

I am not telling you to do this, but I usually swill my tussinx... my former dilk4 dealers used to love that shit, and drink it all the time, you know that song "sizipin on sizurup" or some shit. Its the only form of opiate I could ever trade to my best (and african american) k4 dealers.

Anyway I doubt you have enough to be dangerous for a cold. Just do like dd said double up or triple up depending on your tolerance and be done with it.

i actually have a bottle of that right now, that i found in a box unopen. I took half the bottle and poured it into a liter bottle of sprite, and sipped on it all day..had no problems gave a nice little warm buzz, and i slept for like 14 hours the next day..:p

i was thinking about calling and saying i had a reaction to it so i need it without, however i dont really want to push to much. Its strange to, i had stopped taking all opiates and everything else for a while (only drank coffee 2 times a day max). Well i have this terrible sinus infection, and bronchitus, it feels like my whole face is bruised and my teeth are knocked out (+ fever). Strange how it works out like this.

Sounds like you are too sick right now to enjoy being high... I've been there before. Just try to save some for when you feel better. Or better yet, do call and say its making you sick, and see what else they offer. After all they can't take away what you already have, right? You might get lucky, who knows?

Yea im thinking about calling. That gland underneath the jaw and and side of neck is the size of a golf ball and is driving me crazy. I kept saying "ill wait one more week" (befor i went to doc). Last friday i started getting really dizzy and felt like i was going to pass out. I hate infections! However im sure i could enjoy not being misserable, sometimes opiates when sick is 10x better then when not sick because it takes all of that sick and terrible feeling away.

Sounds like you need a 10 day supply of antibiotics, a shot in the ass, a bottle of Robo and a couple cigs of marijane. Don't forget your water intake, that's crucial. And plenty of fruit.

Oh, and definitely try to get a refill or another script.

aaahhhhhhhhh i almost remember that yellow thick good taste'in shit.swim could chug 240 mill but can remember the days a couple sips could do ya right never heard of the mpi? i would go back to tha doc and say you had an allergic reaction to tha syrup,but had it before without tha mpi and it helped your cough so you could at least sleep hope ya feel better hope you dont have that bird flu that would suck.But atleast you could get all the tuss you wanted then:Dtake vitamin c and cold ease with iron and wash it down with some oj works everytime

i have antibiotics, hopefuly will get tussionex without the stuff that makes me go crazy. It does actualy feel a little like an allergic reaction, head ache, heart speeds up, and a terrible stomach pain. 1 teaspoon normaly heps (10mg extended release) but that other thing in it makes me feel worse then befor i took it (how ironic). thank you (all of you) for replying, helped reading some things.

Im out of the stuff but wow..... the antihistamine made me feel like crap. Lungs were dried out too.... terrible.

I used to get tussionex and was just happy to have some hydro. anyway my usual dose was 20 mg of hydro every 2 hours so i would divide 10 mg by 12 hrs ( time release dose would be around 1 mg an hour) so I would take about 4 table spoons (200 ml at a time) suprised I did not die when i look back. WOW.

I think some tussionex doesnt have the anti histamine in it. Not 100% sure but i think there is atleast some tussionex that doesnt.

The only problem with calling the doc and telling him/her that you think you may be allergic to the stuff, is that the doc may think you are allergic to the hydro component and then he/she will only write shit w/o hydro...or tell you to try something OTC.

Or the best-case scenario is that he prescribes some hydromorphone syrup (but those chances are slim).

I have gotten vicotussin for years from him now. Just tried tussionex, have been on hydrocodone quiet a few times so he knew it wasnt the hydrocodone. THis is long over though. Ive stopped taking opiates all together. Well thats a lie... i have taken a couple darvon.
