Can anyone here do a write up on how these things work in detail. Pictures would be cool. Very cool from what I can gather so far.

Experience with final product is cool too. Basically all feedback would be great.

Funny you started this thread, I was gonna do the same except that I'm looking for alternatives.

The bags work really well from what I've read but they're like $150 minimum, I think I could make something for less. All you really need is something to get the schwag out of the initial solution and then a couple of micron filters, like ~20-40 microns and maybe another one @70-90..

Basic premise is you get the weed really cold, the trichs get brittle and snap of with agitation (in ice water) and then you filter them out..

Bubble hash is SO yummy, and you're not smoking all the excess plant matter too, just the little trichs...

Youtube has lots of videos on Bubble bags, and there's one by "Gumby" that doesn't use the pre bought bags, just equipment that he's gathered himself..

That is tasty lookin'. I watched the Gumby hash video. He yields 15 % resin from 750 grams of trimming. He ends up with a 54 gram ball of pure goodness. I've never tried this type. I've tried hash oil. But this looks awesome and I'm sure it's much easier on the lungs.

I'm gonna give this a whirl next Sept. when plenty of shwag will be available. It will make for a memorable fall season I bet.

.I gotta put some more effort into ma ganja.....I been a lazy fucker.....How long do you spend makin say 50g and how much weight a leaves....

My problem is gettin 100g for 150/170 euro....So i;ve never fucked around wiv the leaves and made my own hash....

..Swim just started growin as a kinda hobby, nuffin professional, strictly outdoors.....But i need to get off my ass and put some more effort into it....

Would you post some guideline weight ratio's like how much leaves equal how many grams end product....
Puttin dat blender/mixer in da bucket kinda has me cautious....Any help much appreciatted....

^^^how much hash you end up with depends on what you start with. if its really low grade leaf you get about 1g/oz, primo trimmings can yeild 10 times as much, pure bud even more.
