You can use the pills just like pure morphine. The product wont be that pure but still great.

Do you have a university near you or a bigger library? If yes, then go to the pharma section there. They have books called like "alkaloid chemistry". Alkaloids are a must subject during a pharmacy education. It should be explained there.

Another option is to check the patents on the stuff. There should be the right patent.
