Oxa Forte: need info quickly

Can anyone tell me what Oxa Forte is? I am in Nicaragua with limited internet connection (it has already taken me 45 minutes to get to this point, as the electricity is constantly surging hence causing this computer to shut down.) I have tried to search the site but the regular loss of electricity has made it laborious.
The package is in spanish: Diclofenaco Potasico 50mg. & Codeina Fosfato Hemidrato 50 mg.
Is this just codeine? Anyone have any recommendations as to what I should ask for if I am looking for something similar to hydrocodone? I have not found a pharmacy that knows of hydrocodone.

Yes that Oxa Forte stuff looks like it is 50mg of Codiene phosphate with 50mg of the anti-inflammatory Diclofenac. Regarding the Hydro, its possible that it is not even available down there.

Thank you Mr. Norseman. That explains the nausea I have. I brought a sufficient supply for my stay here which was one month but the work is taking longer than expected so I am looking for alternatives.
Not being completely familiar with this site I am not sure where to look for information on what is obtainable here.

If hydrocodone gets you a buzz, codeine should also give you a buzz because it's not THAT much weaker than hydrocodone. I think it's something like 30 mg of codeine to 5 mg hydro....? So if you normally take 50 mg of hydrocodone, try 300 mg of codeine. You'll get some side effects probably but it should get you off alright...not great, but alright.

So basically what i'm saying is give the codeine a chance! Also, 300 mg of diclofenac is a high dose, but it shouldn't be really dangerous at all.

I just did a quick google search for you, and from I can gather you can get pretty much anything otc in Nic, valium, and from what I read its even possible for you to get Morphine. Just go to the closest pharmacy and tell them you were on such n such in N.A. and you have run out etc...

the codeine should give you a decent buzz if your drug of choice is hydrocodone

Just go into a pharmacy in Nicaragua with a few $20s or even a $100 or 2 and you'll come out with whatever goodies you want, guaranteed. Money talks in third world nations.

I bet if you look hard enough you'll find something better then that. Talk to the pharmacist! Spend some cash!

I only use hydro (simply because it's all I care to look for, except the occasional perc 20mg oxycontin), and codeine will be fine. Except I've read somewhere the body can only take so much codeine before the rest gets wasted. I could be wrong, and I probably am, but don't go crazy and waste it all.

You are right Supa, Codeine has a dose ceiling.
