has anyone used this as a potentiator? is it good orally? I've heard if you poke a hole in the geltab and squeeze the sesame seed oil onto bud or leaf and smoke it or vaporize it you get way higher, any experiences?
also, does anyone else have a really hard time finding a pharmacy that keeps it in stock?

Squeezing the gel out never really actually did much. Eating a lot of them gave a slight effect. If you are an all day smoker then its very likely you won't feel much at all.

At least thats how it was when I tried them, back when I was a full fledge pot smoker. Haven't seen them since then.

I have never come across that stuff.... but have heard that its not too good, compared to good buds...... Its only a single chemical, synthetic THC... but when you smoke weed theres hundreds of active chemicals... i don't know all of them... but in know theres CBD's and CBN's.... one of which contributes more to the muscular relaxation........ so each variety of weed is different in its effect because of the different ratios of chemicals in the buds/resin....

just like poppies and their ratios of morphine to thebaine, codeine, etc.......

But that seemed to be the concensus of people I've spoken to who've tried it--- that it 'works', but seems to be lacking in comparison to the real thing....

I tried em. Just ate the damn things. They really didn't do much though. Good pot is much better.

I don't much fancy THC much myself, however I did at one point have a bevy of those little beads in my fridge which were off loaded to me by someone who themselves weren't much of a fan either. I do recall taking a couple one night when I was already sauced out on some unfortunately skank ass bourbon (or something along those lines) named "Ten High", and all I remember was waking up in the morning with a headache that had a beat faster than the most hardcore German gabber techno from the mid-90's that some of my raver friends on the fringe would subject me to.

Additionally, a couple of my tried and true heavy stylie pothead buddies tried a few of these through other means of aquirement and they stated that they really didn't do much for them.

As far as a potentiator for opiates, I would think not, but perhaps so for some with certain circumstances in place and perhaps more importantly ones with a penchant for such a 'booster' so to speak.

They are also the only way that you can od on thc. With weed you just can't smoke enough quickly enough to run into problems, but people actually have od'd when fucking around with marinol. The reason that it's not very euphoric is that it only contains THC, there is another chemical in weed(can't remember the name right now) that in combination with THC gives the full effect. There is a sublingual spray called Sativex that has both, but when I went to fill a script for it without insurance it was $585, so needless to say I didn't get it.
