Well I've been smoking pot for 6-7 years now and my situation is pretty bad, I can't seem to find anything good for less than $210-220 for a half ounce. You know its bad when you can find better deals on pharms and coke than something which is decriminalized in my state and available everywhere. I've tried and looked, I can't tell you how many dealers I've gone though, its all the same. I will admit though most of them were very low level guys so it was more like a middle man operation, but I guess I'm just unlucky like that. I used to have a guy that got his shit straight out of Brooklyn and at one point I was getting Kush/Sour D for $180-190 but hes long gone. To make matters worse everyone I talk to seems to think $220 for a half is "normal" and therefore they don't really try to find better deals for themselves, so asking around is pretty much fruitless unless. I'm losing all hope, I have even considered driving to the border, and looking around. But the risk seems too high and theres no guarantee I would find a deal so good that it would make the traveling expenses and risk factor worth it. I mean its not like I'm trying to maintain a heroin addiction. So what do I do? Sould I just accept the fact that I'm a sucker whose not going to get a better deal? Should I quit smoking and just buy small amounts when I really need it? Would you take the risk of going into a bad area and trying to find a connect on the street? Or would you just say fuck it and cough up the money?

You don't understand, 90% of the "dealers" I come across are broke bithces with $300 life savings. Therefore they can only buy a 1/2 lb at the most. I'm telling you though they're not making that much. My current dealer holds 2 jobs ontop of selling, one of them is stocking shelves and he lives at home with his grandparents. Its not like these guys are living large. The profit is going to some scumbag further up the line.

I usually vaporize a couple hits, then take 2 hits from a pipe and I'm good for the night.... Right now a quarter lasts me AT LEAST a month.... so it's not much of a financial burden.. and I HAVE to smoke every night or I start getting depressed.....

So yeah, If you don't wanna quit I would say conserve, conserve , conserve....

Unfortunatley that's the going rate for medical dispensery high quality weed. You can thank the medical dispenseries for those high ass rates. Some shit goes for $30 or more dollars a gram and $3000-4000 a pound. Truth is weed is cheaper now in the states where decriminalization has not occured. The demand for high quality medical grade bud has driven the prices through the roof! Believe that! Take a spin around the medical marijuana community on the net and check out the prices, many would be glad to pay $400 per ounce. I don't even smoke weed but I do keep up medical marijuana info so I am pretty well informed.

That is some pretty insane prices. As I've gotten older the price of herb in my city has gone up like 5 bucks per eigth. I used to be able to get 3.5 for about 40 bucks. Now its about 45 to 50 but the herb is better quality.

I can't really smoke more then 1 or 2 hits nowadays. I have been puffing more now that I am not using opiates and am cutting back on the booze (day 3 of my taper today). However "way more" for me at this point is like 1 or 2 hits over the course of a few hours lol.

Seriously if you want your weed to go the extra mile it's the way to go. If it's good weed a piece the size of a pea broken into 2 spots will fuck you up as much as you need. It's like vapourising but it just works better. It can be a bit hard on the lungs at first and takes a while to get the hang of driving yourself but this is THE MOST EFFICIANT WAY TO SMOKE WEED! I can make $20 worth (around 1-1.5g) last 2 weeks - that's 2 or 3 sessions a night.

And if you play it right you get the reverse tolerance thing going on - like suboxone, less is more. This is how we roll in NZ. It's a real social thing too, at parties you can bet at some stage there'll be a gathering around the stove, everyone puts up a few spots of their own weed. It can go on for hours.

Like others have said, the best thing to do is start your own.. its not really all that difficult.. and once you get the hang of it, I am sure you will never have to worry about herb again...
