I have never seen a Subutex before and wondered what it looked like. Are they a sublingual tab, or are they just oral? Are they a capsule, or a pressed pill like vicodin? Anyone have a picture? Any info is appreciated. :)

Yes it is. Go ahead, let it out, don't be afraid to cry. I'm as saddened as you are.

This truly justifies the use of "UTMFSE!!!"

is this really a thread?
No. This "thing" definitely does not meet the definition of thread.
In 10 seconds, I searched all the definitions of thread, and all the images of threads, using three different search engines plus Wiki.
The OP's question and answers following it (except possibly the link to the image)matched NONE of the accepted definitions of thread, message board.

This is a fucking stupid question (yes, some questions are stupid). First of all, if you know Suboxone is sublingual, common sense should tell that's for a reason. Why would Subutex (pretty much the same as Suboxone, minus the orange coloring and the naloxone and the shape I think is different) be any different. The main active ingredient you're concerned with is the same. If it's sublingual for one, it's common sense to assume it's probably going to be that way for the other, especially if you know anything about Suboxone or bupe.
Secondly, USE A FUCKING PILL ID SEARCH ENGINE!!!!!!!!!!!
