Percentage of THC absorbed by different methods

I was watching an episode of Spike TV's Manswers today and there was a part about how efficient different ways of smoking marijuana are so I thought I'd share the information with everyone.

With a joint you get 28% of the available THC. With a bong you get 78% and with a vaporizer you get 92%.

Joint - 28%
Bong - 78%
Vaporizer - 92%
