One of this days i ended using all my takehome doses almost 2 days before the day that i was supposed to get the next week vials.
And because i was starting to wd from the lack of methadone, i tried to score some tramadol and went out to buy 40x50mgs capsules of tramadol for just 5euros, they were real cheap..
And i took 150mgs followed by 3 hours later by another 50mgs, and to my surprise the tramadol has taken care of some (almost all) of the done wd symptons. Because i didnt use tramadol for like 6 months or so, i felt the edgy/speedy noradrenaline effects too, thats why i didnt take any more than 200mgs..
But now i know that tramadol can alleviate wd even from high dose of methadone, i even sleep that night altought not a restful sleep but better than the alternative=suffer wd!
Tramadol is a strange substance indeed.. and with no tolerance to opiates it has a strong opiate effect in most people in correct/high doses. And seems to aleviate wd from any opiate if used in correct doses.
From now on its part of my kit of substances to have home around at all time.. Like a rescue kit ;)
