Question:i see my doctor tommorow

i see my doctor tommorow, actually today but the last and first time i seen him was on the 28th of last month when he wrote me the script for 60 suboxone, and i had two left from induction, so he said i would be good for a month and a day, but they made my next appointment for the 22nd, i was wondering if that means he has to write my script for the 22nd or can he date it for the 28th? i just wondered cause my friend swim said doctors cant write prescriptions dated ahead of the actual day it is. whats your all's opinion

I believe that this may vary state to state. But generally controlled substances rarely can be filled early.

You most likely won't be able to fill it until the 27th.
