Maybe a marginally extended duration, but not major potentiation. Heroin is primarily metabolized first by hydrolysis and then by glucuronidation -- neither of these involve the oxidative CYP enzymes. But morphine -> normorphine, a very minor metabolic path of heroin and morphine, is done by CYP3A4, so you might see a little extended duration. Keep in mind enzyme inhibition has the most noticeable effects with oral use of drugs since it blocks most of the first pass metabolism.

Fentanyl is actually one of the opioids that is most incredibly potentiated by GFJ. If you sublingually use gel, or cheek a mylan, any that you accidentally swallow is rapidly destroyed in the stomach and small intestine by CYP3A4. Take GFJ to inhibit that enzyme, and the fent you accidentaly swallow suddenly has decent bioavalibility. It works.

Of course this isn't really useful for smoking fent gel, although a slight increase in duration may be noted since GFJ does inhibit hepatic cyp3a4 too.

Fentanyl's PRIMARY mode of metabolism is CYP3A4 though... so be FUCKING CAREFUL. The potentiation, if you get GFJ loaded with bergamottin, can be enormous with sublingual / buccal fent (since you inevitably swallow some of it).

I think it does help. But it potentiates. Its not the maine show. I have noticed a difference while taking grapefruit juice but its not what seals the deal.

I remember reading about this on here a while ago under the potentiator threads and used to use grapefruit juice all the time when I was using Buprenex..I would go to the pharamcuy to pick up my amps and get a bottle on the way to the register...I can;t say for sure if it actually DID anything, but the palcebo effect was alwasy quite nice..added to the "ritual" of it LOL...

Are you actually doing cheese cheese? Like the cheese with benadryl and H mixed together?

Cmon, there has got to be real H somewhere nearby eh?
