yeah, i tried the google thing, nobody has em!!! and the search on here does not have any response , so i was wondering if any one on here had a reply. i know i don't have 1000 posts so i expected everybody to give me shit, but come on, i just asked a question! i think its funny how every time someone who isn't a regular poster asks a question everybody can't wait to shit all over them, but when a person who is supposed to be "expeienced" asks something as fucking basic as " what does heroin look like ?", every one just answers the question!?!?!?!? what the fuck are you doing on a board about opiates if you don't even know what the most well known one looks, feels like etc!??!?!?

Just asking a question can get you a lot of shit around here... trust me I know, but I'm sure your smarter than me god help you otherwise..
Have fun

Damn.
People been tough lately. Pretty funny but tough. If I knew the answer I'd tell. I remember my first time here: I asked where to get poppies. :o People took it easy on me. But I am virtually internet illiterate, and didn't know what all this crap was. Hotmail and yahoo is what i knew. As my sunday school teacher used to say, it's easier to say nothing than it is to say something mean. But it's more fun to f with people. . . . .yeah, f'n with people is the way to go.

actually that was for 10, my full script, but I just found a place for about 1/2 that, but now I gotta have the doc rewrite it, cuz they're only good for 1 week and they won't have them in til next week, pharm said they're really popular right now!!!:p

This is what you wanna do, have your doc right the script in my name, send me the script and since I have insurance I will only be charged 20 bucks. Then you can let me know whenever you need and Ill "slap" one on for you, and I will only charge you 499.99;) (plus the fee of 9 of the 10 patches)
This offer wont last long, so take it as you can.
Costco is the cheapest place to fill any script.
People give new people shit here because once you get in, this is like a close-knit family here. I know that people dont become my friends the second I meet them. It takes poeple a little while to warm up to a newbie, wouldnt you agree??
Everybody pays their dues, but once you do its like getting jumped into a gang or something. But since we are on the internet, you have to kick your own ass to get initiated. Let us know when your bloody and bruised and we will welcome you with open arms.

Jewel/Osco price match, they wont tell you that but they do. Try Sam's Club for decent prices, I dont think they will price match Cost Co. unless it is in a certain mile radius from there location. My adderall script went from 89$ to 13$ doing that and my K-pins 90$ to 18$ Ativan from 40 to 8-11$. Only thing I cant find a break on is Bupe. Cost Co. has higher prices than most places for bupe I usually go to Walgreens for my bupe. Cost co. for everything else or if I am lazy I just have Jewel/Osco price match to Sam's Club.

I like that: "kick your own ass" initiation suggestion! It kinda reminded me of Jim Carrey in Liar, Liar truthfully telling security at the courthouse:
"I'm kickin' my ass!"
I do believe, since most of us here put drugs into our systems while at the same time, often we're wishing we didn't do it....that such lifestyles could qualify for Kicking our own collective arses without drawing bruises or bloodshed(if we're good with the points, lol!)

Hey Blah, I see you were lookin around for best price on Bup . Have you heard of rxdiscount card ? I recently spent the 4.95 month membership and used the card to get my 30 8mg Subutex and it saved me 30 -40 dollars . If you are interested let me know ? Good to know about Osco price matching !

what's only good for one week? Your written prescription!??
I can't believe a pharmacy telling customers/patients that a prescription-only, CII narcotic medication is "popular" right now!! As if people could just purchase rx opiates at will, with no doctor prescription, and have an effect on the drug market fluctuation in such a manner...yeah right!

soulman, they are damn expensive arn't they? Befoe I had insurance ( now I fight to get the Brand med necessary approved by them before the s cript runs out) I contacted the pharm company and they had sent be coupons believe it or not, also you may qualify for pharmacy assitance Very different set of rules to qualify for then medical assistance. Even with the budget cuts, this program is still around and really almost a joke to apply and qualify for. Can be done through the mail, one page form and sometimes ask for proof of income, if they want it tnhey willl have ya mai,l or fax, approval is pretty quick. If ya want more info feel free to e-mail me and I'll give ya the particulars for your state. Just a suggestion. Hope this helps!

the prices that get charged for pain meds are so outrageous!
I get one of the cheapest long-acting pain meds, Endo brand generic MS Contin and my monthly script costs me the better part of $300! Occasionally my doc throws me a double script (180 count) on really bad months and it costs me twice as much which is HARSH....I'm hoping to go up to 100mg instead of 60 and stay at 90 count, bump my hydrocodone up to 120 count but god only knows if my doc will be willing any time soon to make those changes =/

Hey CT, thanks for your support on another post. The way I understand it, according to the pharmacisists in my area, the Duragesic is not routinely carried anymore because "it would take an act of God to get the insurance cmpany to approve payment" so all they are stocking are the Mylan which in my opinin suck, they don't stick wlll and the dug is in the matrix of the patch making absorption unreliable basds on flucuations in heat etc, and my patches are often empty before the 3 day period is up~~without me using heat or any other method to drain the patch. I finally found a pharm that had 10 Duragesic brand patches, and the doc filled out the pre-auth for them but my patches ran out before the pharm got in thier paperwork so I ended up with a script for the mylan. The pharm said he was actually trying to unload his Duragesic bc the insurance won't pay. So I am going in for my refill 2 weeks early to allow the paperwork to go through, and then will probably habe to surrender the oter 10 patches I have of the mylan, we'll see. Heres to hoping. As for the one week thing, a shcedule !! narctic script is usually only good for 7-10 days from the date of the script and if the phar only has a partial fill, kif you accept it you lose the rest of the script. Tanks again to the DEA, try explaining it to your Doc, why you need anther script when theyv'e just written you one. Thier war on drugs has done nothing but produce more casualties and criminalized legitimate, medically necessary pain control.

Believe me I know it all too well.
Honestly I'm not worried about the role opiates play in my life, in and of themselves. I spent almost two years without them, mainly because I couldn't find a doctor who could handle treating a patient with my conditions and need for narcotics until recently.....and I'm far better off now than I was before in basically every way. Heck, I probably make more money this way because I can actually focus somewhat on work instead of barely being able to get out of bed because I'm borderline passing out from the pain!!
Unless I figure out how to get my pain levels well under a 5 on a regular basis (instead of 7.5-9.5 every day as things are now, even with the lortabs + mscontin 60's!), according to numerous recent studies my brain will shrink on average a cubic centimeter per year! Now that's some scary shit.
