subs and benzos

There have been reports of ODs when benzos and subs were combined–I don't know the specifics (like route of administration, amounts of each drug consumed, etc.)

I wanna say it was mainly occurring in Europe, but don't quote me on it. I'll try and find the report.

I guess common sense would be that yes, you can combine the two, as long as you use moderation. Go "low and slow".

Not if you're a junky. Opioid naive people get whacked on bup, and from that state benzos could be enough to put someone out, but bup alone wouldn't do it.. I always thought they potentiated well..

im a junky.... i was askin cux on the no dope or meds days im gonna take the bupe whn WDs start
but when i have no meds or dope i cant sleep so i take a good benzo dose. eithe klonis or xannies, thing is i will take like 44-5 and snort a couple to get good an benzo'd out to sleep, but if it happens to be a day i took subs i wanted to know if the combo is dangerous

I have a small tolerance to benzo's and opies but when i take 2-4mg's of subs(like you, i only take em when i can't get anything else). I'll also take 1mg of kpin or xanax. It works to put me to sleep but not really get buzzed on. I always stay on the low side with benzo's when i take subs cuz so many dr's say that they are dangerous together. Just start low on both and figure out what a good safe dose is, but i don't think it's that dangerous if you are somewhat tolerant to both

My sub doc scripted me kpins. I take for example 8 mg sub and 3 mg kpin & feel just fine.
Don't try this at home, you with no tolerances.

I'm on 4mgs of sub and 2mgs of xanax right now, you should be fine BUT there has been some reports of OD's with the combination. Be careful and know your limits.

I reckon those OD deaths form the bupe/benzo combo were a result of doctors' fucking ignorance about bupe in general. The poor bastards were probably on 16-32 mgs un-necessarily, maybe had a few drinks & benzos on top.

My experience mixing the 2 have been great... but of course I'm always drinkin & smokin weed with it...

my buddy that got the bupe, given to me, well his DR just simply said wait till yer in WDs and take three ea day under the tongue. i was a lil surprized, cuz he didnt even ask how much opiate he was on, which is none, he just gottom for me, but they are 8mg pills. i think thats a pretty high dose. but thats just from the readin ive done.

So you took almost 15mg of Xanax and 16 mgs of Klonopin yesterday? Is that an everyday thing? How did you not sleep through the next day? That sounds like possibly a new record on here for daily benzo use!

its not an everyday thing, i have a huge benzo tolerance, i took 13 of the 1mg kpins the day before. and my tolerance to xanax is extreme because ive been prescribed for years, i still take mine as prescribed but buy from others, ive taken alot more xanax than that before...i know a kid thats prescribed subutex and between him and his dad they ate 90 2mg bars in one day! now thats rediculous!

I have a moderate tolerance now and am on Subs. I take 4mg sub,2mg Xanax and a soma. Those three do the trick, though I would not advise anyone to try it. Everybody's reaction is different.

My tolerance started heading towards the roof, but I took some time away from them and eventually it went back down. It never really was too high, but would have eventually gotten out of control. I was at around 6mgs of Xanax a day and 3mgs of Kpins. 10mgs a day wasn't unheard of for me. Eventually I ran out and couldn't find any, detoxed, had a seizure, and got over the benzos after about a week. Now anytime I take them I try to wait at least a couple days before I take another. Be careful coming off those things!
