Well, I jus bgot prescribed three Soma a day along with these 25mcg/hr, 2.5mg patches :D

But I don't know how safe soma really is with high doses of opioids? If I smoke my usual ope with fent should a soma hurt? I mean while basicly nodding. I have a retardidly stupid toelrance too :((to opiates).

if don't go crazy with the soma till you find out what they can do, you'll be fine. its different thing than opies, but together they are good. I use a soma to get me nodding and using 2-3 hydros, when 2-3 wont get me higher than the initial euphoria, just remember that.
