Poppy Tea?

I'm new to this website and I have used opiates for about five years now, but until I read some threads here I had never pondered poppy tea. Could someone who has some experience with it write back and give me a good recipe for it and where to get the ingredients, I live in a small town in KY and we don't have many herbal stores or anything like that so can you get the ingredients in groceries?
