:D (thats a really sarcastic smile btw)....I just couldnt pay for the suboxone I was on and now I'm at the point where I'm just waiting...waiting to get up to a point where I'm comfortable again.

I guess I switched from Done' the first time to Subs because of privacy issues, the pharmacy at where i picked up my methadone was always busy and I dont live in a very big city so once in awhile you see people you know/knew from wayback and its all awkward n shit, like:

"oh hey how are things going these days?".
"Not much, but as you can plainly see me standing in the METHADONE LINE, so I guess you could assume I decided to be a junkie"

I just couldnt take it...So I switched and it was awesoome....the bupe worked magically and right off the bat I was taking like 7 carries! Made life really easy, kept me clean, but also cleaned out my broke ass student bank account too...

So yeah, back on 'done and its much better, soon to get carries, in a different pharm with a special room/office where its administered to ya. And, I think it works a bit better for cravings and opiate/oid interest than Suboxone too because its a full on synthetic OPIOD! Best of all, its completely FREE!

Should do me well untill after xmas and maybe the next few months.

ah just wanted to open similar thread but so i just put it in over here: also back on done since yesterday.
was hesitating a long time if i should do it but subs just didnt do the trick for me.
feeling already much better on done by now.
plus theres no privacy or advantages regarding subs compared to the US.
I had to go to the doc every day to get my subs just like methadone.
even better with methadone...now that im on done at the same doc i only have to go there 2 times a week!
hope to go only once a week soon. like i did when i was there before.

what you said df over the last few weeks about done helped me a lot. so thanks!
i really try now to stick to it...not going to high with my dose and once i am stable and get my fucked up life back together im trying a sloooow taper;)

I have all Current93 albums, EPs, singles, etc..
After all, Tavid Tibet (Current93 frontman) is my Brother on Thelema line.
He inspired my soul and mind so many times with his lyrics and music.

I had similar deal: I liked subs, and *really* liked being able to go to a doc, and get them, and wasn't that tempted to "cheat" and do too many...like I am on doc prescribed methadone or morphine...

But subs didn't work too good for me: craving for dope never went away....

Good luck w/the methadone: methadone saved my life...but then I couldn't stand it no more, and had to get off....which is where I am now...

Exactly! I agree with everything you said here 100% Especially how the subs didn't work at all for cravings, I still wanted that feeling of the real deal OC or Morphine etc.
Even if I potentiated with a couple different benzo's it really didn't do much. Left me restless.

So this is step one and it'll let me save some $$$, not crave, make it a point to see my counsellers/workers once or twice a month for some therapeutic counselling and just level out to a nice, comfortable level, and when Im ready switch back to the subbys.
