The best OTC potentiator(0pio on a budget)

sup folks, I was just wondering what the best OTC potentiators are. I usually like to smoke some buds when I rail my 80's but I've found that some nyquil makes me nod out pretty good too. Just lookin for some info andni figured this is the best place to go. Oh and if anyone tells me to UTFSE I swear to god.......... Every time I UTFSE I get led around in circles looking for the same thing.

If you want enzyme inhibitors that make the high last longer but don't add psychoactivity, go for grapefruit juice or cimetadine (Tagamet) tablets.

If you want to add to the nod, look for sedating antihistamines. There's some vague anecdotal info out there stating that piperazine antihistamines are better at enhancing the euphoric nod of opioids than other types of antihistamines. Meclizine is the only piperazine anti-hist you'll find in the US OTC. The box of meclizine says non drowsy formulation of dramamine, but ignore that, it's BS. Meclizine is absolutely centrally acting, it's just not as sedating as dimenhydrinate.

man, do i feel stoooopid! i bought myself some fig newtons since i remembered talking about them somewhere with someone, and i thought that damn, i haven't had them in forever. i completely forgot that HERE is where i was reminded of them, AND that they might potentiate opiates.

fuck. i haven't eaten a single one of them with my dope. i hate being dumb and forgetful. but i think there's still a sleeve of them left around here... i'ma eat a few with my next hit of smack, or the next time i eat a few extra percs. gotta test out the theory after all. if i don't forget again by that time.

thanks wc and resorcinol for some good advice. The thing is I have no acess to any type of benzos or other prescribed mess that potentiate opiates and I was just looking for the best potentiators I can get OTC. And to the rest thanks for being a jackass, I'll be sure to return the favor ;)

Hey man, nobody was being a jackass here. We joke around! We had a thread in the past someone started claiming Fig Newtons were strong potentiators. This person was not joking, they were serious. It's an inside joke! If you can't handle a little joking around and sarcasm you're definately in the wrong place. Lighten up a little...

My answer... what's worked well for me... I use cocoa. Try a large bar of dark chocolate. For me, I can feel the effects of eating chocolate alone. It's not a real drug, but I can feel it the same way I feel nicotine or caffeine. It's noticeable... but when I eat a large amount of cocoa with opiates I get a nice potentiation of the euphoria and energy from my opiates. Another thing that's proven to increase the amount of certain opiate drugs is a high-fat meal. You can combine a high-fat meal with cocoa pretty easily. Try it out and see what you think...
