Is it possible to link-up cyclohexylidene-METHYLamine with iodomethane by mixing/heating, just like how cyclohexylidene-EthylAMINE is reacted with iodomethane in U.S. Pat. 309, 7136 ? Will this work with all halo-methanes, or is the iodine the only reactive molecule that’ll work? Can most cyclohexylidene-amines with primary amines be used to create these salts?
