Here is the senerio... SWIM will be piss testing on Friday, 7 days from today. The last last drug he consumed was IV 8mg Diladid, along with snorting aprox. , 40mg OC CR. He also used marijuana.

He dail drug use usually consists of OC CR and weed.

once a month he gets about 10 dialudid. What can he do to piss clean come Friday????? This job he is up for is very cool, and I would like to offer some good advise. I already suggested pomagrante juice, gatoraide. He is taking vitamins too

Please help!!! If I am going to be putting up with his grouchies-- I hope it is for a reason!!!

I have a suggestion for you. I have used a product called urine-luck, i think that is what its called, anyway, it is synthetic urine. Just wear some tight undies and keep it between your legs. Actually i've used this several times all passed. I also has a temp indicator on the bottle. Mine have always been in the correct temp range (90-100). Good luck!

I have always been fond of the urinator, it is actually a prosthetic penis that has a piss release button. I know that there was some scandal involving an athlete (I believe) using one and getting caught so I am unsure whether you can still purchase them, either way 7 days doesn't really give you much time to place an order. It will be nearly impossible to rid yourself of metabolites in that time frame either. I would advise that you get a condom full of clean piss and somehow fashion it going the long way down your penis (remember to keep it tucked between your legs, size provided, to keep it body temperature) and when you are told to piss just prick the damn thing with your nails and let gravity do the rest. It is my experience that, when doing preliminary screening for a job, that they will not follow you in and watch you piss... but even if they do you should be able to pull it off provided that you have the condom on the right side. If you are so inclined you could also store the condom up your ass, as this would keep it just the right temp and would be impossible to pat down on you. Although, it would be pretty damn nasty if a condom full of someone else piss burst in your ass... but then again, you sound desperate.

You could try the condom full of clean urine. & days may be enough time to clear the opiates, but the THC is another thing.
Some of those products that claim they will give you a clean test are not trustworthy. The urine bag and prostetic penis may be of some help, but getting it in time may be a problem.

I would continue to increase fluids. Although they often look at the specific gravity of the urine, you should be OK, if your increasing your fluids over a few days as opposed to trying to flush yourself overnight.

The first urine of the morning has the most metabolites in it, so going a few times before the test helps.
I would avoid adding anything to the urine as some labs do look for those additives. Temp is for sure something they do check, so if taking urine in, make sure it is as close to the body temp as possible. Putting a condom in your ass may be difficult. It is easier for women to do this and for men, under the arm helps get the temp right or as close as possible.

As I said and many will agree, most labs today are aware of all the things people will do to pass a test and they may look for those. It is not uncommon for employers or testing labs to use hair testing now. Although more expensive, it does tell the lab what that person has used in the last 6 months(I may be wrong on the length of time)but it can certainly tell your employer what you were doing a few months back. I imagine most still do urine testing. It is the cheapest and accurate. Although there are false positives and mistakes made, it is not that often.

Time is your best bet to a clean test and 7 days may be enough to clear the opiates.

Good luck. I have found a few detox cleansers in the GNC Vitamin store and bought them a few years back. One did have good results and the other didn't. It may have just been dumb luck the first time and the second time, I may not have given myself enough time to clear the opiates.

You may want to buy a test at the drug store and do it at home for the opiates and THC and see what happens. Maybe buy a few and do one a few days before and then the night before and see what you get. I would try it myself if I were going for a pre-employment drug test!

i found that the oxycodone tests the clinic i did suboxone rehab through were sensitive enough to pick up oxycodone a few weeks after my last use-the amounts i would consume (usually would end up going through 400mg or so in a night in my heavier usage timframe) may have had a large effect on that, but i just wanted to note that oxy for some reason can be picked up oftentimes long after other opiates have gone (most of them seem to disappear to tests in 3-5 days). the advice here is at least as good as i'd have given as far as how to get off on the testing, so i have nothing to add really.

I got my first test piss test tomorrow lucky I don’t smoke as that’s what’s gonna get you antigonemuse as Habitual Use is detected up to 12 weeks!

Adding anything may be detected and as far as trying to flush your system....They do look at the specific gravity of the urine and if not within a normal range or far from it, can look as a dirty test as well.

Besides just admitting your use, I am not sure what else to tell ya. The opiates more than likely won't show after 7 days, but the pot I am sure will. I would imagine most labs are still testing for THC and of course drugs of abuse.

Let us know what happens.

If you do use the condom approach, make sure you keep it at body temp. That is one thing they are going to look at and I believe they have a temp gauge right on the test bottle, which will check the temp of the specimen right away.

I've heard a cup of white wine vinegar works well for pot. My uncle works at a hospital, and smokes loads of pot, and he says when he catches wind of an upcoming "random" drug test, he drinks it in the morning and passes everytime. Ive done it, worked but is as bad as it sounds.

well he pissed today, after alot of gatoraid, water, ect. over the past week... he also used a detox type drink, to flush out before the test... So, when I find out the results, I will pass it on. I do not think the opies he was on are screened with the standard test. And the opies should have been out of his system. Hopfully the drink he purchased worked for the THC. They have in the past...

My friend use to drink a cuppa vinager before seeing her parole officer. I guess she had to piss for them... I just rememberr the shit being real funny, when she was drinking it that is....

on topic... I hope he does pass the piss test, he starts the new job on monday, aside from being an ideal field for him... the man needs outta the house....he has been unemployed for 2 months and crawling the walls. My stash hasn't been safe!!
