Ok I'm sick as fuck and really need something but I'm broke and all I have is some Tylenol cold. The only problem ingredient with the amount I'm taking is 50 mg of phylephrine in 10 tablets. I've read all I can about it but do u think there would be any unberable bad side effects with it? And don't worry there's only 325 mgs of acetaminophen in each tab. Sadly there's only 10 mgs of DXM in each but it will do better than nothing.

so...why do you intend on taking 10 tablets of cold medicine???

Phenylephrine is going to have generally the same side effects as any other decongestant...

Becuz DXM makes me feel better when I'm sick. I read phenylephrine wsn't as stimulating as other decongestants and I was kind of hoping for that.

I agree about DXM helping when sick but this seems like a terrible way to get it. I hope you can get ahold of something without Tylenol and Phenylephrine in it.

Yea I'm thinking I'm gonna wait and c if I can get something else.

Thank god, that cold medicine sounded horrid...next time though, can't you just head to the nearest drug store and get some plain old robitussin, the stuff that has only DXM in it???

The cold meds were just here when I buy DXM I do buy DXM only products but I was broke and didn't buy that but it was all that was here so I was kind of tempted since I was so sick.
