kickin H w/ OCs- Stupid?

is this a dumb idea? the H i get is quality and i can't get high off OCs....givee opinions if youthink OCs will help or set me back

generally products that are standardized for potency like pharmaceutical opiates are easier to kick with than heroin that is bought off the street. the street dope heroin content varies, and for this reason it is hard to know just exactly what your dose is really at in milligram amounts.

So if you get a standardized material like methadone, buprenorphine, that are approved for opiate maintenance and detox I think you are doing the best you could because you are conforming to the laws. but say you arent going that route, then oxycodone might be a better choice than say hydrocodone, as oxycodone lasts longer generally.....

methadone and buprenorphine are nice cause they last so long in the system....but oxycodone I believe lasts around the same time as morphine.

I consider drugs like heroin, hydrocodone, as short acting opiates, which means that I have to do more doses per day than say morphine. the shorter acting the more addictive I consider the material.

so unless you know how to purify heroin, and are confident of sticking to a weening program, I would try and go with the legal options first, and if that fails, try to kick with the best alternatives in mind.

I was able to kick a 180-200 milligram a day IV oxycodone habit by taking 400 milligrams of tramadol the first day, and then "ramping" off that as I was comfortable. The first day I was uncomfortable, and irritable, but I made it to work, I didnt throw up, and I was able to sleep for a little bit...the next day was better, and by day 5 I was experiencing a little euphoria from the tramadol plus the pain relief support, as well as sleeping 5-6 hours a night....I think it took two weeks for me to get off of the tramadol.

after the tramadol I started taking different herbs.

it was the best kick I had experienced at the time...no lost work, no tragedy..no rehab...no drama....and I did it on my time. pretty cool compared to the pain of kicking heroin with just xanax,valium,and stomach meds.

If you are going to attempt this just eat the material as a extended release pill if you can, this will maximize the effects of the drug and allow for you to not experience so many "peaks and valleys"

hm what strange alien logic you present to me..."take the OCs as they are intended" ...i suppose you mean orally, whole, and not crushed up, snorted, and/or injected via syringe into my bloodstream? this is a great idea...as the time release will keep me w/d free for a nice long period of time..good thing i get OCs fo' free yeeea

If you have the chance to get any slow release morphine on the street try this. I could substitute a small heroin habit completely with 300 mg morphine a day. That was a small habit ...
