How to Max a Fent Patch?

I need an answer to a question on Fent patches, for u who know. I have shit load of used patchs. The problem is, there is no gel,,, they don't contain gel to begin with. I believe it's Mylan 25mc. They are rectangular with white print, and just imagine like a thick ass sticker. What the fuck can I do with them? Even though I did not pay for them,,,how can I get the most for my dollar? :confused:

the best thing i would do with them is throw them in the trash dont look back becuase i know the patches i used to get not mylan but duragesic and let me tell you they contained gell yeah that mean gell.

i always just cut the mylans into appropriate sizes and place under tongue , ive never done this with used patches just straight out of the box 100s

umm, how big are the cut peices, or how many peices do you cut out of the 100 patch?

Personally I cut 1/4 off open it up and place under tounge like devilsdrug said. Used patches still have some goodies in them even if they are dired out.

Take one patch and deposit it in my mouth and i'll extract the goodness for you :) Oh shit you said they were used. I just scrolled up and read they were used. Yuck. Hmmm i would wash it off and then put it in my mouth... Maybe....probably not though unless it came from someone i know and who was not dirty. lol

I wouldn't want to stick a used patch in my mouth either, one could put the patches on the palms of ones hands though... being that that surface of the body is one of the most loaded with pores and sweat glands and waiting blood vessels. The next option would be to shave your pits and apply there, or stick them to your balls hehehehe that would work. All those places are full of pores and sweat glands and will allow greater absorbsion. Also heat will cause those patches to release drugs faster (one of the warnings in the PDR is to aviod prolonged heating of the patch as an overdose can result) so if one were trying to drain a patch a heating pad might not be such a bad idea.

there are a few things you could do. the tongue thing is good, just use small pieces you can always take more you can't take less. you could also make a tincture with them with grain alcohol cut the patch into peices and put in a jar with alcohol drop as needed. You can also heat and scrape real slowly to get gel off, then smoke off tinfoil(takes patience). Thats for a all at once blaze not very long lasting. The safest way is probably to put on skin to not injest all the binders that are in them, the neck is another good spot if you are sitting at home and don't have to go out in public without a turtle neck.

I just got rx'd these 100mcg patches, non gel kind, and have also been trying to max them. Tried cutting up and sucking on them and did catch a buzz, but was sick the next day - nausea and diarrhea. Then I tried the heating pad method, and only left it on for like 15 min. 2 hours later I was completely blasted, almost too high - resp depression - scared me enough to make me take the patch off and get up to walk around a bit. And I thought I had a pretty good tolerance. So, safest way, I would suggest the oral route, just be ready for a stomach ache. If you go the heating pad method, be careful and know that you won't feel it for a couple hours.

Oh how I envy you, fentanyl is my favorite. Did you get them from a friend or a nursing home? If from a nursing home, I would dip them in alcohol to disinfect. This shouldn't effect the drug because the patches already contain alcohol to enhance absorption. Then I would fold it and pop it under your tongue. If you have a high tolerance to opiates, a whole 100 mcg used, folded under the tongue should give you a nice buzz. It takes affect pretty quickly so if you start to feel nausiated, just take it out, you can use later if you want. I often think the Mylan patches act better as lozenges than the gel filled, especially since they are smaller, thus less discrete. As far as your liver, I don't know. I used to suck on them all the time for at least six months and my liver is fine as far as I know. The withdrawals are horrible though once addicted but don't last as long as other opiates. Just be careful if you're not tolerant to opiates. Fentanyl is a lovely but very potent drug.

Yes, the heating pad method is no joke... best tell SWIM to use caution.

I have a mid tolerance. doing 120-160mg Oxicotttin (snorted). Will set me straight for the night. > I know it is horrible 4 my body, but. When I've been low on supply the Fent's helped with WD, and i scraped the gel off (6-8) and smoke it. It is a waste, short buzz, bad 4 me, and.... They suck, I have tried vinegar to get it into solution after shreading it into a confetti, no go. Water yeah right, I gave up after that pretty worthless. Stick in mouth and chew like a piece of bubble gum dont swallow the gel gum. Try chewing up the old re-chewed bubble gum Mylan patch a few days later see how you feel.

One other idea that I never got around to trying was to wear the patch for a couple hours enough so when you went to take it off there was a gooey gell substance present behind the thick patch. It might be possible at that point to scrape the gel out and get some thing, shrug just a idea that has floated thru my head. Unless your chemisty inclined just eat/chew um, dont swallow.

If you are not extremely opoid tolerant, please be careful with the 100mcg patches. If they were RX'd to u , your tolerance is plenty high, if obtained elsewhere, keep the cuts small and under tounge is best if u don't want to go the skin route. Mylan are the worst, the fentanyl is in the matrix of the patch and make absorption even through the skin when used "as directed" variable according to mostly heat and the inability to stick well,esp for the 3 days they are supposed to. You can apply to the inner arm between your elbow and your wrist, cover with a bio-occlusive dressing to hold in heat and use a heating pad or blow dyer to get a "loading dose" of the med. Wait at least an hour to feel the effects before heating again, once desired effect is reached, pop it under your tounge (after cutting it into smaller piece. The only other method I know that works for sure to get the max into your system safely is to wear multiple patches at once, but be sure to remove them after a while (they will continue to deliver per hour) and could easily slip off into unconsciousniouess and not wake up IF you are not very tolerant. I've chewed, sucked on, scraped, you name it, but for me personaly, the best method that works for me in terms of getting a jump start and then maintaining is to wear multiple patches and us heat. Best of luck. Sorry, no way to snort that I've ever heard of. Quick note of caution, I do know someone who boiled the patches, then drank the liquid, while also wearing a patch, he is no longer with us. I've found that I personally cannot get that instant euphoria I crave with the patch (regardless of method) but if patient do obtain results desired and prolonged.

the onlly way to know is do it a little at a time u do not specify strenghth, but fer sure stop if u feel it

I have 50 mg gel fent patches that are used but i believe still have some gel in them and i would like to maximize them.

I put half of a 7.5 Mylan under my tongue after 12 mgs of Klonopin wow what a night. Nods galore.

A note about those Mylan patches:

Swim was able to scrape the glue off the patches easily to achieve desired effect by smoking said glue. However, does not recommend it as the glue seems to torch the lungs. Would recommend scraping the used patches and then chewing on the gummy glue or what-not.

Or fuck-all and just smoke the glue. Swim would.
