Smoking fent from a bulb/tube SUCKS compared to foil! I have tried MANY times and many diff techniques of smoking fent in a glass bulb and tube. It works but waists soo much shit compared to the cupped up around your tube foil way. The problem is when the glass is heated enough to vaporize the fentanyl the glass stays hot, very hot, for a good lil while and sitting there burning your dope up! While foil on the other hand cools back down almost instantly. Same goes for smoking smack. It sucks and is waistful comapred to the time tried and prooven foil.

Also, a way to put otherwise waisted fent to use is wraop a straw in foil, then 'heatshrink' some plastic wrap around the center of it to keep it from onrolling/coming apart. Then pull the straw out after trimming down to rpefered size with scissors. Now after a patch or two has been smoked using the tube unroll the bitch and smoke! You wouldn't beleive how much you can get by doing this.. Also great for smoking dope. After about 3-5days of use it should be filled nicely for another high.

Oooooooooh, god. Makes me think of hittin' that sweet dirty bitch meth. You get the lighter in the right spot and roll it just a bit, and a itty-bitty puddle turns into three or four lung-fulls. Can't wait till tonight when I can have some f'ing privacy to hit it up. Having roommates sux, specially cause I ain't sharing!

A friend told me when I refilled he wanted a patch, I told him only if I got more than 10. Maybe I should sell him one, for say... $30. He's purty stupid, plus, most non-druggy/non-CP people have no clue what the hell fent is (around here anyway, H doesn't fit into my circle of friends... I'm the only opiated, and euphoric one ;) ). When I tell them their eyes grow huge and they call me a liar, so I show them the rolled-up 10 page info sheet that get's included with each script. It's not a pharm print out, it's actually from the manufacturer. THAT shuts em up, but that's when they want one *sigh* what ever happened to people going out and getting their OWN potentially deadly, but completely legal in some cases, shit? 1 mg a piece, $3 a pop (unless I don't like the person, then 'whoops!' demand has over-taken supply ;), THEN I really piss em off and up it to $5), I get 90 a month, for free. So it's all profit for me, though I do end up taking prolly a third for myself throughout the month.

Halcion's another one of those 'huh?' drugs around here. Fuck if people only knew how hard it is to get this shit sometimes, I'd be rolling in cash, maybe I should just carry wikipedia printouts with me wherever I go.

Use denim, like from an old pair of jeans. If ya start rubbing the bulb and tube immediately after a hit, it cools instantly (well enough, to stop liquidization/evaporation. Leaves cool little prizm puddles too :D

Yep, the stem of my tweak pipe works perfectly, burns quick, but not 'sizzle' then gone. And you can actually see the smoke instead of shit! I was exhaling as it was smoking, lost that hit... ( :( <me> )

Sux just cleaning it, either left w/ BLACK streaks that are frickin' impossible to clean... or little gelly sections of fent, that just WON'T hit. So... I guess either way I'm wasting some. Need to find the 'perfect method' for me, but it'll hit me, prolly in a dream about drugs. :cool:

Fent on foil 101:

Use an adjustable lighter and set it a low to medium level. If you are using a bic with no adjustment, it is very difficult to get it right because those non-adjustable Bics the flame is usally very high.

Take a 1.5"x1.5" piece of foil. Squeeze a smal blob of gel onto a knife, and then smear the gel onto the foil, in the middle of the piece of foil. Fold the edges of the foil up--doesn't have to be a 100% dome, but at least bowl shaped. Hold the foil with a tweezers or needle nose pliers. Slowly raise the flame under the foil while your inhaling tube is in your mouth (just use your lips to keep it in place). The gel will start to sizzle--this is the alcohol burning off and you don't want to inhale the vaoprs while the gel is sizzling.

It will sizzle for about 1-3 seconds--as soon as the sizzling is stopping, you want to inhale very deeply and for as long as you can, even after you take the flame away from the foil, keep inhaling, and hold it for as long as you can in your lungs, at least 10-15 seconds if you can. The gel should have turned black on the foil. You can then get a second hit on the same blob of gel--the black stuff on the foil should mostly disappear on the second hit.

A very helpful hint, put the flame to the foil very slowly and even lower the flame a bit and raise it back up because if you burn the gel too quickly, the alcohol can get too hot and kind of go "poof" which will burn all the fent at once and you will miss the hit. I usually don't put the flame to the foil for more than 2-3 seconds at a time because of this--just do it nice and slow and steady, inhaling very deeply the whole time. I usually start inhaling while the gel has just a little sizzle left so i don't miss any fent. Hope this helps. Been using this method for 1.5 years without fail.

I think my problem is that with the foil below my face (as opposed to a pot pipe for example) the flame has to be under that. So, even looking down, all I see if foil and I can't tell where exactly the lighter is... until it's too late and 'sizzle' then EVERYTHING's gone. Tried it a couple of times, got a good hit once, before/after that, wasn't sure so... sizzle, and it's toast. There's a quarter of a patch gone... damn it!

I'll perfect it eventually, just sucks I only have 10 a month to 'experiement' with. But I guess it's better to learn now, than go throught 3 or 4 patches EACH time I get em filled trying this. Thx for the tip, samsong, maybe if I had a 'helper' to keep the lighter @ the right distance, @ least until I get the hang of where if's supposed to go, ya know?

Trouble is... NO ONE around here has heard of fent, let alone smoked it. I'm on my own, but that will make success SO MUCH better in the long run :D

Hope I figure it out soon, it's only the first of Oct. and I'm already half through the patches :( I DO have perc's for when they're gone, but perc 5's? I was taking those back when I was a normal non-cp patient, and I could eat them like candy THEN too. Shit.

PS. Side note, a friend and I have a deal setup where I'm getting about 5 Actiq's from his rx. I gotta trade stuff in return, but mostly just used patches and the kpins that I've been stockpiling. So I can try the Actiq's, love them, and basically drop them cause I ain't gonna ask my doc this soon.... Oh well, that weekend will be fun AS HELL THOUGH!! Yeah, baby! Halloween party @ my pad!! For one blob of gel, you can get multiple hits.

Main tip though--keep the flame as far away as possible from the foil, only close enough so that it ever so slightly starts to sizzle and then turn to black, but you start inhaling very deeply the microsecond the sizzle stops. And then once it is black, you do it again and that is the second hit when the black residue disappears.

Alos try using a narrow inhaler--I use foil for that too--take about 2" x2" piece of foil, wrap around a pencil. If you are using too wide of an inhaler, the concentration of the fumes will be more air than fent, which is not what you want. Good luck man.

Will try it in front of a mirror, never thought about that :speechles , what a simple solution to such a stupid problem...

And I've been using Bics, cause they don't melt like the cheap adjustable ones. But today I picked up a normal click lighter (off-brand: snap?) but it's butane, same size flame as a Bic, adjustable, and re-fillable. So... 2nite we'll see how it goes. I'm SO ready for that nice big blast of fent....

??: Do you actually exhale smoke when u get a good hit, like tweak? Or just get the fent taste, but no smoke? Cause I certainly know what it tastes like (yum!) but after the initial smoke of burning it, I don't exhale any. Gotta be the way I'm doing it (ie. incorrectly) :o

I'll try out ur suggestions, right now, I'm having to use a hollowed out pen for a tudor, seems to work well. But might have the problem u mentioned above w/ extra air getting in there too. And all I want is one, nice, long, rip of FENTANYL. Not pen plastic (yes I melted the pen once), or extra air. Just doesn't feel like I've gotten shit, except for the taste, and when I rolled a cig in some gel then smoked it... that was nice :cool:

5 patches left, till the 23rd... couldn't make it if I was using them as prescribed. But just gonna tell the doc that they fall off after two days or so, and you HAVE to dispose of those and re-apply a new one (Thx, boxcar :) And it even says in the big ass foldout info sheet that comes w/ the patches. Fold sticky side together, and flush, then apply new patch if old one fell off... Hopefully, he'll realize I need one every 48 hr and not try to dick around w/ tape, or even worse, back to pills! (FUCK THAT!)

And Ndot, I used to just get the fent taste when I smoked fent, it was the mylan through and I had to extract it onto foil, so it may be different but every time I've done it, it was just the taste.
