Yes... I was on MS IR 15mg for a bit... also had the IR 30s before.

SWIM got them without prescription on the street for 4 bucks per 60 mgs. I reported him to the police because it was illegal.:D

Wow... tappin into an old thread. Gotta love me for "raisin the ded"

Anyway.. after a long discussion with my Doc today and some excrutiating pain that I have been dealing with since last Sunday (having another flare up) I was able to get my Doc to switch me to 60mg Oxy (40mg plus 20mg since they dont make 60's) and for breakthru pain some 15mg MSIR.

I was told to take 1-2 tabs of the MSIR as needed but my question to you all is this. Considering my tolerance with the Oxy, I mean.. I'm on 60mg-2x per day but can easily take 80mg without any side effects (the bad ones anyway) is only 30mg of MSIR enuf? In your guys expert opinion... see I have no clue how these MSIR will work on me. I just dropped 2 of them about 5 minutes ago after taking 60mg of Oxy about 5 hours ago... will the 30mg have any effect? Or do I need to take more to get an effective "breakthru" style dose? Something closer to the 60mg I take of Oxy?

I was hoping that I would be able to take lesser amounts of the MSIR for now.... but Im wondering what you guys think based on past experiences.
