WTF Is This?? (ID'd as Neurontin)

Ok guys, I don't know if this is thr right place to post this question but here it goes anyway. SWIM got 4 bright Pink Capsules with 93 over 39 on each side( labeled twice). Didn't have time to catch the drug name but the bottle had the ole "droopy eye with bubbles over it" warning sticker. SWIM looked them up to no avail! Any ideas? SWIM also has 4 Round White pills labeled 93 over 150 on one side and a giant "3" on the other. SWIM thinks it's codiene w/ tylenol, but dunno. If they are codiene, should SWIM save them to help keep WDs away if it came to that? Or are they shit for that? I don't want to give SWIM bad advice.

Could the capsule you're talking about be orange and not pink? If so it's neurontin. See below.

And the other one is Tylenol with codeine. Depending on your tolerance it could help.

Sure the capsules aren't orange? Sounds like gabapentin (gen. neurontin)

That is EXACTLY what the pill looks like, but it is indeed PINK. HWait a tik...Lemme check w/ my SO. brb....I must be going fuckin color blind!!! Yup they are Orange...SO now for the REAL question...,.will SWIM get an...Ahhhhhhhh, after taking a few??? The bottle had that lil sticker warning...which always brings a smile to SWIM's face

The Neurontin will probably just make you sleepy or feel foggy. No high involved though they can be helpful during wds. It can help stop some of the muscle pain and flailing limbs.

Oy, Genon - there is no high to neurontin unless you are desperate for a foggy drugged feeling.
My suggestion is to put 'em back in the bottle you stole 'em from, because the person who uses them probably really needs 'em.

I agree, I have hundreds of these, and a few unfilled scripts too. They are helpful somewhat in w/d's. It might even be a slight placebo effect, but hey, every little bit helps.

Yep, we've gone back and forth on these quite a few times. All agree that there is no recreational value; some feel that they help during WDs and some do not. I am in the former category---they seem to help me and the Mrs. quite a bit, mainly for tapering our Sub. They also helped us kick benzos not too long ago.

Agreed ZK. If i take gabapentin in the morning i can wait till about three in the afternoon to do 2 mg of sub and it enhances the effect of the suboxone. I'm gonna admit it. I enjoy neurontin and lyrica. they get me out of the despondent funk im sometimes in and stabilize my erratic moods..oh and this has to be in very high doses, like 4000 mg of neurontin or more and 750 or more mg's. of lyrica--though i stutter like a freak and have jerks and breaks in my voice. And the lyrica causes my legs to swell. so there, i said it.

opiates i think are a very functional drug for a lot of us: we take them to maintain and enhance life. and that's great, it makes me happy to use that way. but sometimes you just wanna stumble around, get lost in your bathroom and listen to bob dylan at 3 in the morning; passing out only to realize that while your stomach may forgive you after a day, your liver won't.

Thanks everyone for your help. I think I'll keep 'em around simply for their ability to ease WD's. I only have 4 though.

IF the WD's happen to creep up, how would safely I dose these? 1 in the morn and 1 in the evening? I don't want to overdo it or not take enough to get some relief. Again, thanks guys! :rolleyes:
