Nurofen Plus .. right?

Nurofen Plus are the pills u can split and one side is codeine and the other ibuprofen, correct? Also i could not find the guide for that, the splitting part, does anybody have the link? Thank you!! :)

Also why does it say only take one or two every 4-6 hours? Is that just "there advice" or is there something sneaky going on?!??!

Not usualy no, unless its tylenol lol. But does any one here know about splitting the Nurofen plus? Have a link, etc.

I've read somewhere that Nurofen can no longer be split in half. Apparently the Pharmaceutical company caught on to people who were just splitting them in half and throwing out the tylenol half and ingesting the codeine half. I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure they mix up the contents to make it less abusable, although we all know that doesnt stop people from trying to get high or abusing them. It just makes it alot more dangerous and causes health problems. It was pretty good that it was half codeine, half tylenol, that splits into two parts so our fellow beloved addict's liver could be spared the trauma from the tylenol. I think it's rather cruel that they changed the formulation (if the rumors are true) and mixed the ingredients up in an attempt to stop people from abusing. I don't see the point of mixing the ingredients. Why not just keep it how it was and let addicts discreetly take the half with codeine. And people who need it for "legitimate" reasons, can just take the entire pill. I don't see why they change the whole thing. It just blows my mind that they would rather have us have liver problems than an addiction to a "weak" opiate that is mostly used just to stop people from becoming ill. It's a total lack of respect. It just drives me nuts.
