Has anyone here had any experience with dipipanone (preferrably, without the cyclizine combo). Dipipanone is a piperidine analog of methadone, the methylamino group substituted with a piperidino group.
I heard it's pretty intense, comparable to heroin, but any info I find usually is in reference to the cyclizine + diconal combo.
I won't say why I'm interested for the sake of anonymity, but if you have had first-hand experience with this drug, I would appreciate your input.
Thanks!

Ive searched the forums fairly comprehensibly about the fabled diconal rush.
It appears that Nick is only the person on the site with firsthand experience, read his reply in the following thread:

Diconal is the best pharm dope available to man............nothing else to say.
Oh,sorry there is something else to say,if you can get cyclizine as well............do it,it's a great cocktail.

The dipipanone I'm referring to is the HCL salt (pure), not mixed with cyclizine.
I wasn't sure if it was the combination of the cyclizine + dipipanone that gave it the euphoric rush a lot of people talk about. Does dipipanone have a high oral bioavailability? I've never injected anything in my life (except dilaudid every 2 hrs when I was in-patient for pancreatitis), and I'd rather not start... I do have a "fear" of needles, but I'm sure I will quickly learn to deal with it if the drug is good enough.
Anyway, Nick, what common opiate could you compare dipipanone (without cyclizine) with, feeling (rush) wise. Is diconal made to be injected, or taken orally?

Diconal is made to be taken orally, but it's easily injectable.
The buzz is very similar to good H.

OK, so without cyclizine? NEVER have I heard or seen such a thing. The ONLY form in which I have ver seen dipipanone is in DICONAL tablets, 10mg dip. + 30mg cyclizine. Any dipipanone preparation without the cyclizine would, I imagine, produce a nausea and sickness so bad it wouldn't be worth it. First-hand experience? I have lots and lots. DICONAL is one of the finest analgesics available. I have NEVER seen it in a narcotic equivalence table, but I would place it around the level of hydro- or oxy-morphone. In other words, much stronger than morphine, and with a euphoric effect that is one of the nicest available from any licenced opioid.
My dosage used tobe (I am now on the quite-similar OxyContin) 20mg tds but would split that into 20mg mane and 40mg nocte. It is a lovely drug to go to bed with and also prevents any night pain, a problem I have had with most analgesics i have been prescribed.
I don't think you'll find dipipanone without cyclizine anywhere at all except perhaps at the manufacturers' facility. Believe me, though, you'd be sorry if you were to take it without the anti-emetic. It is one of the most sickness-producing opioids you could imagine. But Diconal tablets are superb and should be prescribed a lot more often than they are. Doctors cut back during the 1980s because of abuse and death through crushing and injecting them during a prolonged heroin drought. You'll be lucky to find a doc willing to prescribe more than 30mg/day nowadays though.
I doubt you'd find ANYONEwho has used it without cyclizine.
The closest common opiate, subjectively, to Diconal is perhaps heroin. Pharmaceutically, (apart from obviously diamorphine) either hydromorphone or oxycodone.
Still, wonderful drug, recommended to all. Don't know why it isn't prescribed more now that it isn't a common drug of abuse.

Ummmm I hate to state the bleedin obvious, but the reason it isn't a common drug of abuse is because it isn't prescribed more.In fact in the UK docs need a licence to rx it all.
The cyclizine comes in the tabs of diconal(30mgs cyclizine to 10mgs of dipipanone) and that's a good.
thing. In fact I seem to remember adding additional doses of cyclizine.
I seem to remember the tabs are a pretty pink colour.

sounds good to me nick!
better than Palfium(dextromoramide) even by the sounds of it.
I reckon a lot of people on the other side of the pond are well curious about the fabled pink speedball.

This is true.
It is near the top of my list of "drugs that I want to try but can't get (easily) in the US".
Sounds like a piece of heaven. *drool*

Would a very old perscription of diconal still be good?
And is cyclizine the only antihistamine that mitigates dipipanone's side-effects? Or can you use OTC AHs like diphenhydramine, etc?

No,if you don't cash a script within X peroid(I think it's a month or 6 weeks) it's waste paper.
You could take any mild anti histamine instead of cyclizine, but cyclizine is actually in the diconal pills already.I added more cyclizine because I had it and when taking largish doses of diconal you'd feel nauseous.
Diconal is the fabled pink pill and a truly good fuckin nod....Last one i had was about 3yrs ago and me an the missus was noddin good an proper...
From what i memeber from de early days, you are very prone to abcess if you fix a dic and it was just fine taken oral
