i checked all over the place so dont tell me to UTFSE
how do i send a question/comment to a mod that i don't want da world to see?
it has nothing to do with dope or the rules, just asking permission for something

Most of the Mods and Admins have their email available through the vCard. You can go to their profile and download their vCard. It opens with your PC notepad, the email will be visible there and you can just drop any of them any email.
