View Full Version : Now, I'm well aware how dumb this is-RE:lidocaine

Okay, forgive the stupidity of this question. I should know better about these things...

I have a full tube of 2% Lidocaine.

Lets say that I put a small film on the flat bottom of a plastic thingy, and let it evaporate.

Would I be able to, once it is dry, scrape up the remnants and snort it?

Or, does the fillers and binders of the inactive ingrediants make it too dangerous?

:o :o :o :o :o

oh, I needed a good laugh! Sorry, but the thought of this is funny...basically, you technically could snort it, I guess, if you evaporated it...all it would do is numb you nose though, maybe your throat too if it dripped...personally, I wouldn't do this. Lidocaine is made for external, topical analgesia only. To numb whatever it touches, that's it.

If you're that desperate for a high, why don't you order some Kratom or get some poppy seeds or something???

Listen to the the above^^ poster.

I think it can raise your blood pressure pretty high if used internally, but apart from that and a very numb face, i don't know what else you'd get from it.
Some of our local dealers cut coke with lidocaine or similar anesthetics just to make the coke seem stronger/more numbing to taste. I think you can pretty much tell by a pounding head that cheap coke leaves you with, as well as a very numb tongue if you IV it. (although maybe that is the coke itself, but somehow i really doubt it)
I think it can also dissolve in water, making it a very suitable cutting agent for coke, especially if you sell it to those who IV their coke.

Leave that stuff to the dentists (and cheapskate coke peddlers)

Dood, I knew this was a ridiculous post. Its sad because it really makes me sound like a dummy.

I'm not desperate, ludakris.. I'm merely curious.

Underide: The addition of lidocaine to cut coke was part of the spark of my ill fated, dummy curiosity.:o

Wow, this is ridiculous.... sorry poster, but it is...
Anyways this is a very, very, bad idea... There have been MANY deaths linked to lidocaine. Seriously, do some research. Many sports players have died, becuase they, or their coach, put the lidocaine creme on their sore muscles, then wraps it tight. This causes too much to get in the blood stream, and they can die.. So no sniffing it.

Yeah, I'm well aware that my old ass posted a dummy here. My gel is 2%, and I ganked it from my doc's office just for the hell of it. And besides, I have lidocaine patches at hom, 5%. Its 700mg/50mg per gram of adhesive dose. The max dose is 3 patches for 12 hours per 24 hour period.

Was I high when I started this thread? But I did have a Homer-like vision of making lido-cocaine. Doh! So much for my smart ass. Pff.:o

^^ Honestly, I'd save it for when you have a toothache or something. No sense taking unnecessary risks; you won't get any kind of decent high out of it anyway.

You can stop your heart with lidocaine - lidocaine is toxic in higher doses.

I think Icky should be given credit for how he handled himself. A good deal of people would have overreacted to the criticism he received (even though it wasn't too harsh). Let this be a message to all you newbs who think you're the shit, take a lesson from Icky here (not a newbie by any means, tho) who is able to laugh with the rest of us instead of taking our responses as a personal vendetta against them as individuals!

I hope this makes sense? I'm a bit tipsy. :p

If your trying to scam someone with some badly cut coke, don't.

You could kill them and it won't weigh that much anyway.

Awesome point Pandora! I really hope this shows all the defensive newbs (no offense, just an observation) how being criticized doesn't have to be the end of the world...and just like family and friends will poke at you when you've done something stupid and/or funny, nothing less should be expected here...I do stupid shit ALL the time, and have grown to expect people to make fun of it...

oh, and I'm pretty sure Icky is a she...

And I really don't think icky's planning on cutting coke, I am thinking curiosity got the best of her and instead of doing something potentially dangerous, she asked the question...

while this is very true
there is a difference between criticism/poking fun
and malicious character attacks
i think one can be forgiven for being defensive to the latter type...

Just in the short time I've been here...it seems like when things get so far as to people maliciously attacking someone, it generally seems to follow some pretty heavy provoking...often times starts as a criticism to someone who can not take a criticism and move on, or someone getting called out on bullshit; then followed by an extreme reaction, then undoubtedly a fight ensues and this is where the attacks begin.

I can't say I've seen any member get mauled like a lame gazelle that stumbled into a lion's den.
