there are lots of sites that sell them. try googling diabetic supplies. here are 3 sites that other 'philes have listed in other threads recently. and for what it's worth, i've never heard of any website that sells dirty ones!

www.theneedlebeast.com (http://www.theneedlebeast.com)

www.getpinz.com (http://www.getpinz.com)

www.ryvmed.com (http://www.ryvmed.com)

This was back in Nov. 2006, but www.imed.com was reliable. Back then they sold 100 count BD 31-guage ultra-fine syringes for $25 or $30, then with the express overnight it came to be $50 I think. The only thing I remember is that I was double charged but the second charge was removed a few days later without even calling. Just a clerical mistake I guess. But yes, they were reliable.

BTW -- I've not been around in a while. I know you're not allowed to list sorces and stuff, but is it okay to list this kind of sorces, for needles?

^^^^^ Needles are legal, so i'm pretty damn sure that it's ok to post sources for needles here.
That and the fact that both a mod and the admin just referred to some sources right in this thread should definitely make it alright.

I still say that your local needle exchange is your best possible source for needles as well as some good advice.
If you can get to one, then why even bother ordering spikes?
Although for some reason, some people here seem to have some sort of aversion towards needle exchanges that i will never understand. Or maybe it's something else that i just don't understand?

yep, listing sources for needles is definitely okay.... harm reduction and all.

and lots of people in the US either don't have any exchanges within 50-100 miles of home, or live in states where it still is illegal to possess them without a prescription.

^^^Thanks for clarifying, RXQueen..
And i think i can understand the distances (as well as differing laws) that you have to deal with in the US to get from place to place, etc. Certainly easier in that regard over here.

I was actually referring to one person here who said he had access to needle exchange, but for some reason did not want to use it, so he opted for ordering them off the net. I was just curios as to why he wouldn't use the N.E. but didn't get a very friendly answer, hence my post here.
It's fair enough if you want to order them as opposed to using the needle exchange ofcourse and i was only just curious really.

But if it's none of my business, that's alright with me too. You do what you gotta do.
