I have been searching the search engines and reading post but I haven't been able to find much on peoples expirience putting fent up the nose I'm talking about the gel.Has anyone here done it and if so how long before you noticed anything and how does it compare to smoking,buccal,etc..? I appreciate any help.. Thanks..

I usually wear the patches or smoke the gel (ok, I usually just smoke the gel :) ).

yea dont snort fent. It is absorbed way better orally then when you snort it. I tried snorting fentora, very bad idea. I'm gonna save you the trouble when I say this. Take your fenotra's/suckers orally and smoke ur gel patches.

I think the OP was asking about snorting gel not pills or suckers and you did sya to smoke gel sub but as far as gel I wouldn't stick a blob in my nose and expect more then putting a duro on my skin. IMO it seems like a waste of good fent There are a lot of people who are stuck on sniffing drugs but that would be pointless in this case

I've heard gel in the nasal cavity works... otherwise, why would people put them in nasal sprayers...

I ground part of an actiq and railed it. bad idea.... tasty drip though.

for me I would rather smoke them or stick them on the skin if it is gel based. I have no patience to dry and snort or wait for a blob or binderized powder to drip down my throat just so I can swallow it if I can put the shit im me mouth and have it do the same thing

IME this is a incredible waste of precious fentanyl, now i know your talking about the gellies but all me experience is with the Mylans, i came into possession of 32 patches and tried an isop. alc. extraction on 3 of them (they were the 50mcg/h) which should of left me with 15.30mg's of fentanyl in my solution but after evaporating it to a grayish powder i tested the smallest line which by my guess was .25-.50mg and it did nothing so i did another, nothing, another, double the size NOTHING, i guessed i must've snorted 1.5-2.5mg's of fent, which is my usual dose of chewing the patches and felt absolutely nothing maybe a little warm but that was prob the frustration :P, well i then tried sucking on a line about the twice the size of the one i first snorted and it instantly got me glowing so im guessing it was bioavailability that caused this not a miffed batch of fent, I haven't done an extraction on the patches since.

:( just now i realized i should of smoked the powder!! damn.... i really want to come into contact with the gellies since i hear smoking the gel is so awesome. and IMO fentanyl is in the top 3 painkillers as far as banishing physical pain, PTO mom have you ever had Opana, oxymorphone? Its the only thing ive found to top fentanyl as far as physical pain goes, and it packs a HEFTY buzz/nod that is very psychedelic almost the way that, really high doses of morphine is.

me and my friends used to do this all the time - we'd take a fent patch with the gel in it, slit it open, and swab a toothpick with a lil dab of fent gel, stick it in our nose, wipe it on the side, and snort it back - worked without fail every time - got faded as hell


I've IV'd fent ampules from the hospital, eaten patches, smoked patches, and snorted patches - snorting/eating them was basically the same to me... smoking was a much better rush from the fent, and oh my god IV fent from ampules was pure bliss!


just thought I've give you guys some info on this... from my experience it works just fine - it just has to be the gel, it doesn't work worth shit when you dry the gel first and then snort it

I wouldnt want to be sniffing gel it probaly wouldnt work to well in my opion. It would probaly work better if you mixed it with some type of powder like they do with tar

Thanks everyone for your info,like I said I searched & searched and couldn't find hardly anything except someone using the gel & water in a nasal spray. I've eaten my used patches after cutting them up in 1/4's and I get a little opiate glow feeling nothing to brag about I'm gonna read the stickies on smoking it and start little,,up to now I been a chicken to try it cause of all I read but from reading peoples info on here if I go low & slow I should be ok,,I'll report back later after I try it and give my 2 cents on it... Thanks again everyone for your input on my question...

glad we could help you out. I really suggest smoking the fent though. Hits hard and conserves a bunch. Also check out the thread about soaking the used up patches in rubbing alcohol. I tried it and it works super good.

I will find out how it works in 2 days.. It sucks but I get a used patch every 3 days and 10 x 50mcg every month.. I buy 10 x 50mcg patches for $100 =D

I know you probably mean sublingually or bucally, but fentanyl has horrible oral bioavailability. Snorting it would be much more powerful than dosing orally. What you mean is that letting them sit in your mouth, sublingually (under the tongue) or bucally (cheek) is more powerful.

I just don't want people to get mixed up and think that swallowing fent will work very well.

I've just always held the gel under my tongue. I got a friend who says he knows how to prep them for IV, but I don't want him to fuck it up and I lose my money, and I wouldn't know how to really dose it. but I keep 100mcg of it under my tongue for aboutg 10-15 mins and do fine. but yeah, I've held it under my tongue for about 15 mins and I"m good to go.

Me and my father made a spray out of the Fent gel mixed with some water...It worked but not too well. Better off putting them in your mouth.

I've never heard of plugging fent. That certainly doesn't mean that it isn't possible. Anybody actually tried this? Just curious because I feel that all ROA's deserve a try. Is there any type of fent designed for this (i.e. suppository)?

okay, Intranasally; I tried two methods. I put a blob on my desk then rubbed in a small amount of excedrin so I could snort it. It did not work. I tried a blob of dried gel, It did not work either. I won't try snorting it, you can, but I don't think it works. I will try plugging this week.

Please let us know how it goes and what method you use. I would think putting the gel in the rectum via a qtip or something might work quite well as the wall of the rectum is very thin and lined with a mucous membrane - so it ought to be similar to buccal or sublingual absorbtion, I would think.

To me it always felt way different than a shot of H. Even if the dosage way evened out so that the rush was about the same as a bag of dope, the high had a different quality to it and did not last as long. There were several stamps around when I was shooting dope that made it known that it was fent and not H in the bags. Most of the time they just called it synthetic herion or whatever, but some of the people at the spot knew what they were talking about.

As for the purity, I have no idea. I'd like to find out via being a tester though.

ive been on fent 100s for years now, i dont typically get the gels, i prefer mylan, mostly because id run out twice as early, i cant speask for IVing og the gel. however i have snorted it many times, but find that if you put a blob on yer finger and simply rub it in the nostril it works great..also rubbing in yer gum works. you hafta rub it in tho you cant swallow, wastes it... i have also globbed my finger and done the rectal thing wich does work. if a finger is too big use someting small and plastic. if you use a qtip the pressure from pushing it in makes some of the qtip absorb the gel resulting in loss, not much, but if you buying without a copay, its a lot of money. gel is best smoked, i just dont like 5 min highs. i can burn thru 3 4 patches a day that way. i just want to add. if you have tolerance, and not new to the drug, we all know the dangers, the mylans work wonderfully when you wear them you can feel the effects for 2 er 3 days straight, if you need a boost just gum and cheek a sliver. but dammit be careful, ive gotten sick many times being to impatient.

I didn't get to try plugging, because i was so excited I just smoked it all away.. I found a 25mcg in my house =.= it was an old one my mom never used.

Never tried plugging (and never will!), but I guess I will try putting a blob of gel in my nose and see about that. Smoking it is a great rush, but yeah a 5 high then I'm searching for my tudor, lighter, etc. again... rinse and repeat.

Quick question: How long will the gel stay if left on a piece of foil in the open air? I squeezed enough last night to line the stem of a tweak piece, and that worked wonderfully. Then I just squeezed the remaining gel onto a bigger piece of foil into big blobs, I notice the longer it sits, the 'thicker' it'll get, but how long will it stay gel b4 starting to dry out? Now, I have a foil with 5 or 6 spots of dried fent ready for action, but *sniff* I want the GEL, and no way am I opening patch #4 yet :o

Also put one on my chest yesterday, no problems w/ the adhesive... maybe it just depends on the person's skin type, oily skin or not, etc. THAT patch should be kicking in soon :) Yippee!! Gotta love fent.

So are opana IR's prescribed very often for BT pain? I might see if the doc will change me to those, but I need a good reason to go from Perc's to a stronger quick release med than 'I'm still in pain' the docs KNOW that, else it wouldn't be called Pain Management.
