The last time I flew it was the Jan after 911 so as far as I know security was pretty tight. I dont know what kind of quanity your talking about but what worked for me then and twice prior was sticking the pills in a waterproof type baggy. Ziplock or whatever you get the point and then shove that baggy into a full bottle of shampoo. You could apply this same principle something even harder or...less chancey for them to search like a toothpaste container. One with a big opening and somehow individualy wrap the pills. Extra precaution is never a bad thing but once again I dont know the quanity.

I might add that time I flew in january after 911 I got on the plane with my keys in my pocket. I have a mini retractable razor blade on it for opening boxes at work so maybe security wasnt all that tight.

that's a pretty high quantity you're talking about. 350 oc's and 300 hydros huh, damn hmmm lemmie think...... well you could tape them all evenly to your legs (the OCs) and maybe even with the lorcets too, that's what I would do.. all I can think of with THAT kind of quantity, at least without getting scanned by the X-ray machine... You could always do the prescription bottle thing I suppose, but they'd have to look REAL legit, and for that quantity, especially for the OC's I don't think that will even cover it.

just bring what you need on your carry on, then store the rest in your bag youre checking. dogs can't sniff pharms i dont think. then you put what you need for the flight in your pockets, since they can't go off in the metal detectors, and in the worst case that you get searched, tell the dimwitted sec. guards that if they find anything, you didn't have the room in your carryon, and tell them they can check your checked bags if they want (which they won't).
don't worry about this too much, me and my friends have brought entire pharmacies to france with out problems.

Go to your nearest percussion store and by some large plastic Moracas. Drill a small hole in it and drain out the beads or beans whatever their filled with. Fill it with the pills and plug the hole to the best of your ability.

Its going to make alot of noise but thats what a Moraca is supposed to do. Buy a couple DRUM zines, sticks and even a tuning key that you can clip on your key chain to look like your actually a drummer.
