if you go to your home page and place the mouse arrow over your profile picture (without clicking) and look toward the bottom left of your screen, you will see the link written out that it takes you to. at the end of it is a number, usually in the millions depending on when you joined myspace. i joined relatively early so mine is six digits, but most peoples will be 7 or 8. that number is what you are looking for.

this works with firefox, which is what i use. may not work with other browsers. hope this helps!

edit: works with internet explorer too.
