white dope?

every few days my dude will get real excited when he gets some white dope. the usual gear varries from light tan to dark tan. i cant tell that the white is any better than the other though. thought it might just be the usual stuff, just cut to a white color

any ideas?

and yes,I know high quality dope is white,but there's also a lot of white garbage and some great brown.

I agree w/Nick, it can be so stepped on, that all u r getting is laxative or some other crap, no matter how white it is, and color doesn't mean shit

*BUT*, the new mexican version of heroin, brown *tar* imo has no, or very little of the euphoria I associate w/heroin, and I did get NE coast H during the same period, and it was good, as always...but the tar, something in the process itself, doesn't go far enough, I don't know...

You get *fucked up*, I mean, I've just about overdosed, fallen out, all kinds of shit on tar, trying to "get it" but it doesn't come, and I've known others say the same...

So if yer looking for that creeping happy physical/mental overwhelming "oh I feel so good" feeling yer expect w/Heroin, I find that socal tar doesn't have it, and it has something to do w/the way they make it, as I've known others say the same...

It's just coincidental that it's "brown" tho, as in old days I'd get really good "brown" dope. This is something else...

The difference between brown and white powder dope is the use of activated charcoal to take out the colour used in the manufacturing process. Doesn't effect potency at all. I've had dope that looked like brown sugar more powerful than white or tan dope.

In my experience white in the far NW and in BC means stepped on crap. This has always been the case for me. In the NW US I've only seen good tar(from the mexicans), in BC I've only seen good brown powder(from the asians).

well if I remember correctly your around the A town like me. Like Nick said. And being from around here and the fact that you say you dont notice a difference I cant help but say its garbage.

Not to say its horrible or even less so that you wont do it. But if it was white pharmaceutical grade im sure you would know. And Ive never seen that around atlanta.

Like you said its tan or dark brown and almost always the dark brown is better.

Well, goin by what you said, and the fact that there's no noticeable difference in effect: its just the cut that makes it white. Some people cut it to brown, maybe to match the color of the original pure powder. This person (probably not your source, but somewhere up the line) had some kind of brown heroin probably, and cut it to white.

Somebody mentioned pharmaceutical grade H, which would be white. Synthetic heroin is also white. I've been lucky enough to see some of this synthesized diamorphine, RAW. And honestly, a match head's worth of powder would've killed me. Dead. But this happening is rare, And you WOULD KNOW, they would be proud. I dont know why he would be so excited, i guess white dope carries a stigma of being pure-er.

You can never be sure, so always do a tester first. Past that, most of the time there's no marginal difference.

I've been gettting alot of really good white dope the last month or two. some of its been slamming the rest just more like avergage brown

Color don't mean shit. I have had some drop you to your knees praying to god, shiva and the cookie monster all at once kind of white colored dope, and I have had white colored dope that was nothing more than a bag full of cut with no dope to be found.

Same goes for tan, off white, brown, or whatever. The only thing that matters is how it works on you.

I suppose that if you are consistently buying the same or similar types of powder dope in the same area, you may be able to discern certain things about it after a while by the smell or appearance of it, but even that is not 100% reliable. There were times when I tore the top off the bag and thought for sure I had gotten burnt only to load it up and blow my receptors into another dimension. Or sometimes I would get something that had that distinct vinegar-y kinda scent which usually meant some good times were ahead only to be sorely disappointed.

Judge the product by its effect, not its appearance.

In Baltiore white RAW comes around once in a blue moon. Butthe majority I mean the high majority of the white dope is scramble (dope cut with quininie). The darker the better

the only tar ive had was black tar(Ya know that black looking shit) and u know its good when it dissolves and its real vinegary

ONCE I EXPLAINED ABOUT THE REAL CHINA WHITE WHICH IS,
China White Heroin= Heroin with Fent, that was the real china white that was made in the 80's, during a heroin drought,& some french guy noticed by taking some powder fent & putting it on the little bit of heroin we got on the streets,b/c of the drought, it ended up getting back there numbers back up just as if there was no drought.
But people started to od w/needles still in there arms b/c the cutting was not masterminded yet of the fent.....

I knew a dealer that what ever the custmers liked he made 4 them, example @bodymore u like dark, so this dealer would get real white color dope he would cut lite color dope w/some thangs 2 make it darker b/c the word on the strets is dark is the BOMB,BUT IF THE WORD WAS WHITE COLOR IS THE BOMB WATCH HOW FAST IT WOULD ALL BE WHITE.

Actually Chi I said that she lives in my area and that in genereal the dark brown is usually better.

And for as long as Ive been in Atlanta I've been blown away by the light tan, but some comes raw dark brown and between the two I KNOW what Ill choose.

We dont have a huge market down here but the dope aint always (or usually) bad. But its not usually too different either except that sometimes you will be getting the same shit just really stepped on.
