I was wondering how long they will last and any OTC cream etc. to speed up the healing process. Nothing bad just a few red bumps, but still. Would shooting the big vein on top of my foot work? I've heard of people shooting in between toes but that shit seems like it would hurt.

use some arinica cream or extrat, take bioflivnoids, vitamin e capsuls boken and rubbed in..... mostly the arinica will help


also, if you can find it rose bud salve


go to a natural food store


this has worked for me.... but some tracks just take time. dont use those areas anymore. the creams will speed it up alot.... some of my tracks took a year to fully fade.... but im a fucking waste case, and used and abused them, and le them fester with absesses
