DXM and cannabis

I was trippin on 350mg yesterday and smoking a bunch of bud.I just wanted to comment on how much pot potentiates DXM.It is one of the best combos ever :D

not to sound like an ass, but pot pretty much potentiates anything, and works well(synergizes?) with them too.

ive not taken dxm though, only double the dose in nyquil :)

im trying to remember the last day i didnt smoke pot, and i cant. shit.

The only time I've gotten visual hallucinations from dxm is when it was combined with herb. The combination of 450 mg of dextromethorphan, and cannabis had much more pronounced effects than 708 mg of dextromethorphan alone (for the first 20 minutes the physical sensations were very uncomfortable).

A computer monitor (which a friend and I were watching television programs on) appeared to be hovering and shaking violently while making a jackhammering sound, and the entire room filled up with blue and yellow static. I don't recall being able to see any images on the monitor either, it was just flashing white. Actually the experience was quite similar to the time a few friends and I got herb that was (unbeknownst to us) laced with PCP about 9 years ago.

Yeah I 2nd the original posters comments, the bud REALLY makes a DXM trip worth it. One time i drank a bottle of the stuff then proceeded to smoke non stop ROOR bongs full of kind nuggets, for a while I was speaking only in rhymes just like they say a level 2 or whatever trip will do to you, but then it got more intense and I felt my head rise to the level of the clouds, i heard a plane go overhead and immediately my brain felt like it was flying through the air alongside that plane. Amazing. My friend who " couldn't hang" bailed out after a few bongs, but i kept on goin. Freakin amazing. I don't think i could even duplicate that situation if i tried , because i have, and have failed- it was that unique.
