Hey everybody, was hanging out with a friend who lives in treemont bronx yesterday and got shook the second we walked out of his building. Apparently alot of buildings in the bronx have this safe hallway act thing where if you don't live there its considered tresspassing to go there even just to visit a friend. The second we walked out we got pushed up against the wall by some dt's and searched even thought I refused the search. Well after they did my first pocket I told em I had a capped rig in my other pocket cause they was gonna find it anyways and its best not to suprise cops with points like that. Anyway the pigs searched the fuck out of me and then let us go thank god and also thank god the pigs didnt find the 4 bags I had well stashed on me, lol. Be careful in the Bronx everybody. :cool:

So I've heard. I mean, I'm not naive and I know that LE can get away with anything they want but damn. I would think that if that's a fairly regular occurrence someone would do something. Although, most people would simply pat the NYPD on the back for fighting the scourge of heroin..... :rolleyes:

When I lived in NYC I went through this shit all the time. I never said anything out of fear of what would happen next time the cop saw me around the area. It's a big city, but the cops and 'bad guys' area all familiar with each other. Especially when you're running around the same area copping all the time. Considering how bad I got beat from time to time, I figured that the payback beating would be something I should avoid at all costs.

well, last summer when going to the spot we have to cross this bridge, but theres a road under the bridge that nobody really drives on (it seriously looks like a movie scene drug spot) what we always did was put our spoons and rigs in a plastic baggy, wrap that up in one of those brown paper towels you can get at gas stations by the windshield wiper thingie (also, I grab a bunch out to keep in my glovebox because it gets hot here and I wipe the sweat off my face with them) and then shove that into a plastic cup that I always kept in my car so we could see it easily when coming back through. we'd just sit it next to one of the pillars of the above bridge.

Technically, no they can't do that. They can pat you down to search for weapons, but they can't dump out your pockets or anything like that. Basically, all they can do is make sure you don't have any weapons, but they usually take it farther and what are you going to do about it?

especially now with the 8$ toll to cross over the george washington bridge from jersey thru manhatten into da/bronx ahem well the chase and playing cat and mouse well its been a good 2-3 years since i been inda bronx but befor ethat i swore to never ever cop in paterson but now it the only game. yeah if i get popped in jersey its gunna cost me some hard time but hey i try to be smart...
anyway in New York shit them cops would take our keys and throw them dfown the sewer and all kinds of juvinile harassment. They sayin that we support the cop killers by giving them money for dope and they get guns and shoot cops puhleese!!!!

last summer two of my friends were riding their bicycles back from orchard beach, bx. they were on some main street in the south bronx, and two dudes jumped in front of them and were shouting "get off the bikes". my friends thought they were getting jacked. then they flashed the badges, "this is a known drug area, what are you doing here?" Searched them, then said, beat it. so wack, i'd never try to cop shit in the bx, even though i've heard webster ave is like a mall...

yeah.. doesn't matter if it's legal.. cops can search who ever the fuck they want when ever they want.. and if you try to take some legal action against them.. all they have to have is the tiniest suspicion of doing something illegal.. or tresspassing in this case and they cannot be prosecuted
