Did I avoid getting sick ???....

Alright I blazed thru 100 15mg oxy IR in just under 2 weeks...yeah shocker huh ? lol Anyway I ran into some 10mg methadone, about 30 or so. I used them for about 10 days and took my last 3 on sunday. I have yet to get any withdrawl symptoms from my oxy or the 'done. I know 'done has a longer halflife so is it going to hit me this weekend or did I luck out ? The last 2 days I have felt a little under the weather but nowhere near what I would call withdrawal as Ive been lucky enough to go thru it more than a few times. Any thoughts appreciated.

Thats typical for Methadone. It may take a few days to start to feel sick. Better put, since the half life is long the sickness comes on a bit slower than with something like Oxy. The w/d is milder but much longer.

nope, its in the mail, and that methadone is god inna make it worse. the half like is longer, and in a day or two youll go full blown

i went though the same thing --waiting to get sick, waiting to get sick-but it never happened--you might have gotten lucky

I've done the same thing. I took a 40mg wafer a day for 2 weeks then just quit and kept waiting to get sick... and never did

It's never the same with me: u know sometimes I thjink I'm in for hell and don't even feel it, but usually I know by day two--even on methadone--if it's gonna be bad or not...but I'm a firm believer in that is partly mental, and that switching around between different pills--like u did--sometimes helps the withdrawals, and every once in a while, the dope gods smile on us and we slide under the wire without any major kicking, so maybe this'll be yer shot...always good to operate on the theory "it ain't shit" anyway....

You don't want to get a 'done habit!! Keep them for tapering only
