OK here's some nurse/Mom/Grandma advice. Make sure you're drinking enough water. Dizziness is common with moderate dehydration; it's summer and isn't it hot back there?; most people don't drink enough water. By the time you're thirsty you are already too dry. Drink at least 2 lilters/day of water. Sports drinks & the like have way too much caffiene- which dehydrates you.
Is SWIY eating regularly? Real food, like fruits & veg & healthy meats & whole grains (I told you I'm a MOM!!). Eating just shit food will give your tummy the aches & unhappiness.
Is SWIY getting enough sleep?
Alrigh, alright, I know ya coulda called your Mom & heard all this :p - but it's good advice for a reason!

Dehydration sounds like the prob. My experience comes from being a pothead (I am a dad, but kids are too young to be able to lecture yet :p ) and even if I wasn't high, I was SO dry that 10 min. in the son would leave me lightheaded, dizzy, and nauseous.

Keep the (healthy) fluids flowing, and follow Poppylvr's advice as well as possible. Sounds like some unhealthy habits may be getting in SWIY's way of a nice buzz, or @ least warm feeling.

Take care, Nd

Like the other poster said Dehydration is the likely culprit. Another thing to consider is low blood sugar. You should have your friend make sure he drinks plenty of water and/or an electrolyte replenisher like Gatorade or Powerade. If he still continues to experience the dizziness, have him try eating something sweet. Not candy bars or that type of sweet but something like fruit or a granola bar. If you do find that it is low blood sugar and not dehydration, you can buy Glucose tablets at almost every pharmacy. They are easy to carry on the go where he may not have access to fruit or something to eat.
