Wow! my wife gets drug tested on a weekly basis and just tested positive for meth. the weird thing is that she nor I have not only never done (or even seen or been around)methamphetamines, ever!

the only thing that she has taken in the last two drug tests is poppy tea. Has anyone out there been tested and tested positive for meth when they only took opiates and methadone?

I had a UA come up positive for meth, and I had never done anything like that ever. I assumed it came from the ephederine in a diet pill I was taking. Is she taking anything that has ephederine/pseudoephederine in it?

Yeah, Ephed trips some UA's, but i don't know, only she knows the things that have been in/around her body.

I did a google and the only thing that would come close is afrin nose spray. She did start this just before testing positive.

Weve been struggling with this and cannot figure this out. She did ask to have it sent to the lab, which I was told would prove her innocence or guilt.. (innocence, in this case)

I've heard that there are something like 300 meds that can cause a false positive for amphetamines. Don't know if this is true, but worth looking into.

No chance she takes/took Adderall? I know you said you've never taken methamphetamines...
Sudafed (which I think previous poster mentioned)??? Goes hand in hand with Afrin.
