After I moved back from colorado ive been spending my time traveling from DC to cop in Baltimore which is starting to annoy the shit out of me. Are there open air markets in DC or what? I know Baltimore through and through but I havent even got a foothold in DC which sucks because its where I live. What part of town should I start my search. Trying not to the break the "being to specific rule" but Im pretty sure if its like any other city police already know the areas that are common for open air markets.
