crack cookback wlkthrough, anybody?

Yeah, yeah- UTFSE.... I have, here and on google, but I can't seem to find a clear, comprehensive guide to cooking down rock to increase quality. I'm just talking personal use quantities, and simple, quickie technique. Anybody care to illuminate me, or point me in the right direction?

I know the basic idea, but I want a very detailed, step-by-step walkthrough. All the crack around here has been cooked really shitty lately. It's not really bad, high-wise, it just doesn't smoke right. And I have 5 or 6 regular, reliable connects. It's weird, because it's all usually decent or better, but for the last 2 weeks or so, nobody's shit has smoked right. And it's been from all different sources. It's getting on my nerves, and I want to try a cookback, but I don't wanna fuck it up. Any pointers would be appreciated.

all i know is powder to rock, a pinch of bakingsoda microwave for 15 sec, take out swrill around another pinch of baking soda back in microwave until it bubbles up take out add cold water or crushed ice bam good rock

take crack, put on tea/table spoon depending on amount, add enough water (almost none) to make it into a paste, use lighter to cook solution until you see an oil like material form on top of the mixture, take a penny and blot that mixture with it, as your blot the raw crack will form to the penny just keep on bloting, NOT SCRAPING (up and down slowlly) the oils that have formed, and gently blow on it, itll start to form onto the penny.... after you think youve got most of the crills just keep blowing on the pennym which will have a small amout of cocaine freebase (pure) on it. wait till it dries, or just throw it in a stem(wait at least 30 sec u crack head! lol ;)) and ENJOY.

You don't even need to use a penny if you don't want to. Just a small pocket knife to move the oil that forms on top of the water to the edge of the spoon. Once you get it to the edge and it cools and hardens back up. This makes process makes the shit smoke good, no crap left in your pipe that won't melt. You will get huge hits from doing this. The shit that falls to the bottom is the baking soda or cut, it's what won't melt in your pipe.
