ive been getting a hold of these on the regular and have some questions
what is you guys opinions on the best ROA with these?
can you bang them even though there ER?

I don't think you can shoot the opana er.I'd imagine snorting them would work ok.I think Red dragon snorts 'em.

Same here. I used to get the 20mg ers all the time, and i would just blow em and it seemed to work just fine, other than it gelled up a bit. Still did the trick though..

Plugging it would probably be very effective. I know the oral ROA yields a poor bio-availibilty, much like Morphine and Hydromorphone.

Snort them, you can't IV them... I've tried everyway I know of.. heating, cool, mixing, acids, etc. I don't know about plugging but it can't hurt I guess..
I'm trying to get my doc to up my dose from 20mg to at least 30mg(damnit, why did they have to release middle doses) but he won't because of my sleep apnea - which I've had before the meds- just never treated...he doesn't want me to die... so I guess I understand...

Yeah, those 40mg ER's are the best railed, I think. Seems to be less filler and shit in them as opposed to the lesser strengths. I had some 5mg ER's back when I first went on them and they were near about as big as the 40's. All kinds of fillers in them.
I don't know about plugging them. It would be like trying to inject a goober up you rear. They gell up real bad in water. I never had them gel up too bad in the nose though. As for IVing the ER's, I've heard that you can do it if you let it sit in water (not sure if room temp will do or if you need to keep it warm or not) and let the time release do it thing over a 12 hour period or so. Then, take it and evap it down and go from there. Not sure about it though, but that's what I've heard....
Have fun with them and be careful. Your tolerance will shoot through the roof in a heart beat with them, so keep that in mind.

he said they way he prepped his shot was just heated it and let it bubble for like 2 seconds and it all came up
be aware he is more of a needle addict than an opiate addict. i seriously doubt what he said is true and if it was all he shot was filler or something

I agree, ryan. Theres no way. All he'd of had was a shit load of warm gooey snot... the IR's are a different story.. a shit load of filler, but they don't gum up and you can filter them to get a good clean shot, from what I hear...

that was my experiment - it doesn't fully work, only a minor amount of oxymorphone is seperated from the antiabuse gritty goo... I'm thinking since it's gum based, something could eat it and leave the oxymorphone alone?
I've mixed a crushed IR up with some water and it seems to be okay.. but I've got no rigs..

IMO best way is to snort the 40 mg ER. Used to do Oxycontin, but Opana is way better in terms of analgesia.
Also, snorting does not get you the thick gunk up your nose as generic Oxy does.
Has anyone seen these in the bay area? I feel like I am missing out on some fun and with OC prices what they are and people around here not knowing what they are, it would be a good time to find an idiot with a script...

They do use a gum based release system. You can look at the manufacturer's website to get the exact name and wiki or google it, which is what I did back when I took them for pain. The drug is in the gum, and water comes into the gum once you take it (or soak it), and the water literally "pushes" the drug out and into the water. I have taken them for pain as directed but didn't find them able to do the job. But, if you wanted an alternate ROA, couldn't you just soak them in water or ethanol (or best, a combination), and once the pill swells (or "gels" up), you know the drug is out in the solution (probably takes 6-8 hours)? Once the drug is in solution, isn't the world your oyster in terms of ROA's?
