100mcg.Sandoz patch for buccal use?

Hypothetecally, How would I take a 100 mcg patch that is cut into 4 equal pieces and use them bucally. the first 1/4 pieces i seperated the patch from the plastic backing. Then I poked a few holes threw the whole patch. The I placed the side that would normally go on my back and I placed that side against my cheek in between my cheek and teeth/gum. Then I placed the 3/4 of the patch in the refridgearator.Is this the right way to use it buccally? I need your help opioid lovers. IMHO please don't try this . I normally take fentora 800mcg. every 90min. My info is on the post "from fentora to sandoz patches". Thanks in advance

How are you separating the gel?

I am seperating the spatch inbetween the part that would go against my back and the otherside to open the resovior. I then place the open resvior under my tongue with the two halfs still together. Then I was going to chew it after it had been under my tongue for 2 hours.

Yes, that's how I've the gel patches (like sandoz) buccally. Again, anyone without a monster tolerance (like fieldgoal's) should be very careful and NOT do this.

I, personally, think its a waste. The only thing I've ever got out of the gel patches by mouth is by chewing a completely spent patch to ease w/d's.

If you're going to abuse them, you might as well smoke 'em. For the amount of pain you are in, I would have just worn an extra one (only if I were you...... I, personally, would smoke it IF I were going to abuse it).

pto mom is right, ;) also buccal is fine but I would prefer sublingually under the tongue and then slide it back buccal to chew and spread the patch back out to sublingual; when I would hypothetically use spent patches for w/d ease like PTO.

Thanks for the response. I was reading the thread on this page titled Sticky: MY SMOKING FENT GUIDE. On the first pageof the tread, someone wrote that he had taken extra fentanyl and squeesed what was left after the patch was worn or before to squeeze the fentanyl into a 1/2 filled with water nasal spray bottle. Once the fent was in, he filled up the other half of the bottle with water and the shook it for 3 minutes and then sprayed twice in each nostrel. HE had a tolerance of 80mg of oxycodone ir to get high. So he used a full 100mcg patch and a 12oz bottle. It lasted him 4 days of a great high. Again that was HIM NOT ME.I tried it with 50mcg in a 2oz bottle with 2 squirts in each nostrel. It gave me a breakthrough pain relief and I have a huge tolerance. IMO, I would not try this if you don't have a serious because this isn't an exact science. I would also use a larger bottel. again THIS IS ONLY AN EXPERIMENT. I have also read the nasal biovalibilty of fent is between 71-100%. If anyone else has experience with intranasal fentanyl, I would like to hear how much it helped and if you tried a different method.or maybe start a new thread.

I am worried that smoking will only raise my tolerance.The patches I am only going to need for a few days until I get my new voucher for free fentora. I don't want the fentora not to work, though I take 540 of the 800mcg a month( 1 every 90min.). To be honest, I have never smoked or snorted anything in my life. I rather not go down that road if I can help it and I am scared that I may OD . I would go In the hosiptal and get actiq 1600mcg 1 every 90min. or iv fentanyl 1mg or sufentanil 100mcg.

i hope im misreading that, youre potentially wasting yourself as well as alot of the gel. smoking wont raise your tolerance too bad unless youre smoking patch after patch in short sittings, thats what fucks you

I have had a few friends die from smoking fent. That has put the fear in me. Another factor is that you can't measure how much you take so it's hard to gauge your tolerance to fent. They are All excuses,but their valid IMO.

what youre planning is sooo much more dangerous than smoking right now, id never consider putting any amount of gel in my mouth even with my tolerance, its a deathwish man.

IMHO, I would think it is much more dangerous to smoke fentanyl, than chewing on a used patch? Everyone that I have known who have either OD or died on fentanyl patches was do to smoking.

After trrying the intranasal fentanyl home concocktion, the results are great. The fentanyl hits you in about 1 min. after 2-3 sprays in nostrel. It's helps a lot for pain and I actually felt like I was floating a little. Again I WOULDN't reccommed it to anyone unless you have a monster tolerance. I also want to reinterate this is far from an exact science Again I am only using a 2oz bottle and I have already added a 1/4 off a patch and then refilled the bottle and shook it up well. In all I had 7.5mg in a total of 4oz of water and I still have only used 1/5 of the bottle. Anyone who has any experience with intranasal fentanyl. Please let me know what you thought of it. thanks in advance
