Fent newb-Acitiq's & Patches

I just got a bunch of fent acitiqs 800mcg and a bunch of 25mcg/h watson, 50mcg/h watson, 75mcg watson, and 100mcg/h fent patches. im really fucking scared to mess with fent, this will be my first time. what would yall recommend i do my first time that will be safest? Just suck on the 800mch lollipop until i start to nod then take it out? or cut open a 25mcg patch and squeeze a drop out about the size of a needle head and smoke it off some foil? I have a pretty decent tolerance...about 12-24mg of dilaudid IV and about 250mg of oxy orally to get high...on binges i can do over 500mgs oxy orally. im debating on whether to even bother with sucking on a acitiq or wearing a 25mcg patch...i know that its probley the safest method but ive read that wearing a patch can take up to 24hrs to kick in for a first timer and i have no idea if a acitiq will even get me high...i dont have the patience to wait that long...so im thinking about just going ahead and smoking the fent. what would yall recommend?

wearing a 25 or even 50 probably wont do shit for you if youre doing 500mg of oxy at a time. just start off slow and small with smoking it and have someone to make sure you dont die. youll probably nod off to the point the other person gets scared once in awhile, but it wears off fast (unless you really did od).

Man, if I had one of those pops, no question, I'd be sucking on it. Suck for a bit while you let the little pinhead of gel you mentioned dry on a piece of foil. You probably won't even need to smoke it after a little with that actiq, but if you do it'll be there nice and dry for you.

For sure, I agree with drying a small amount on foil. I don't like smoking it wet.

Dry is to die for... literally... So be careful. Small amounts with big breaks in between.

Well ill be by myself, so no one will be around if I OD, fent scares the hell out of me and being alone for my first time is another reason why im so worried. How big of blob of fent should i be putting on the foil for my hit? and if i notice that the first hit doesnt get me high how long should i wait before doing another one?

Where did you hear this? Those pops are specially formulated for breakthrough pain right? Instant release transmucosal fent shouldn't take more than a few minutes to start working no mater how many times you've done it.

Oooo, alright then, cool. Im gunna take one right now then. Do you just suck on them like a regular lollipop or just stick it between your cheek and let it sit there? Should i take it out when i start to get high or will i be fine if i just leave it? thanks dude

Dry seems to provide a much better high and hits harder, IMO. I know others feel this way as well. Wet seems to waste some for me.

I'd wait maybe 10 minutes between hits, just to be sure. Smoking it dry hits hard & quick, so you'll know right away if you hit it right. Wet is more alcohol tasting and sometimes I'd sit around and wonder if I got it... but dry, you feel right away.

The pops are for break-thru and don't take 24 hours to work... same with smoking. The only thing that could take up to 24 hrs is wearing a patch and if the dose is low for you, you won't feel high... it would just provide pain relief.

Well i just finished a pop and dont feel anything, they seem pretty worthless to me. Maybe its bc ive been banging dilaudid/oxy shots all day and the dillie/oxy high is overpowering the fent high...i just feel a little more relaxed and thats it. Im gunna try smoking some of the fent now since the pops didnt work...im gunna wait an hr though just in case the acitiqs take awhile to kick in.

If you can do 500mg of Oxy orally, am 800ug Actiq pop isn't going to kill you, that's for sure.

Don't eat it like a regular lolli-pop. rub it on the inside of your cheek. It gets absordbed through the skin on the inside of your mouth. But don't expect much from one with the tolerance you have.

I trust you'll figure out what to do with all those patches.

If you got some on your skin, it would work the same as wearing the patches, that amount will get into your system. Unless you rubbed the gel from an entire patch on your skin, you'll be just fine.

its a LOT easier to destroy the hit if its dried when you're just starting out, even wet gel takes practice with the lighter.

i used to just use a tweak pipe to make sure i wasnt wasting anything, but that doesnt work too good for dry hits once you get the hang of it

If you can do 500mg OC orally, or IV 16-24 of dillies, it would take A LOT for you to OD, smoke a nice sized dot, untill you start nodding, smoking fent is so nice.

I hope you know fentanyl is like the shaq daddy of pharmaceutical opies. A 800 mcg pop or two and you'll be feeling nice. I never really messed with the patches. I didn't even know they could be dried and smoked.
