Now when i try and go buy insulin syringes from the pharmacy the pharmacist starts quizing me and shit, today they flat out refused to sell me needles. They are also writing my name and info down. Does this noramlly happen or are they just singling me out bc i look like a junky? She kept askin me how many cc's of insulin i inject, what kind of insulin, ect. I had no idea lol, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to sell when i said i dont kno. dumb bitch. theyve never done this shit before. i cant get in trouble for trying to buy needles can i? i just dont want some cop coming to my door bc they have my info now. what should i say next time they start askin questions like what kind of insulin and how much? do they normally ask other stuff too? anyone?

I'm diabetic, not the needle kind though. I get by with pills for now. But one question... why the fuck give them your information? Leave, fuck em'. If they don't wanna sell to ya, just leave.

Thats a good question and now that im sitting at home i really wish that i hadnt givin it to them. At the time though i thought they would just write down my name and address and then hand over the needles, i didnt think id have a problem. Now that they know im not a diabetic, since i couldnt answer the questions, im worried i might get a visit from the cops or something. And i need some fucking needles, but dont know how to answer the questions like how much insulin do you inject, what kind of insulin, and any other questions that might follow. If i have to ill just order needles online, but i plan on iving today and dont really want to use my dull ass used needles.

Call a pharmacy (a different one, of course) and tell them that your from out of town and that you stayed longer than expected and are out of needles. Ask them if you need a script for it. You might go to another town nearby. You don't need to worry about cops, they're not coming to your door over that. But, you might find that they've called every pharm in your area to warn them about you. Is this a small town?
As for diabetic dosing, just look it up on google. You'll get all the info on treatment you'd ever want to know. Good luck!

I have diabetes - it sux, by the way. I inject 10 units of Lantus insulin every evening. Insulin is measured in units, and Lantus is a 24 hour long insulin. It would be be unusal to get your syringes from a different pharmacy than where you get your insulin.

I know, that part's the bitch!
I used to live by a Longs that solds rigs to everyone, and logged in your address/phone number each time. Of course they didn't have to be real numbers, but they did it. In your case I would doubt very highly that the cops would investigate you for attempting to buy rigs.
As far as insulin dose goes, I'd just make sure whatever you say agrees with the size rigs you're asking for. Like if you want 1cc outfits, your dose should be more than 50 units...

Just say humulin 10 units 2-3 x a day or some shit. Insulin doesn't need a prescription so buy a bottle one time just to show em. Might be a little pricey but worth it if its a convenient needle connection. Needles are so easy ot get here in Canada, its like getting a pack of smokes minus showing the ID.

Don't worry about the logbook. I don't know what they do with it but I'm sure no cops are gonna show up at your door.

Very good point. No pun intended. :D

Not all insulin is OTC (in the U.S.)... the newer ones (like Lantus mentioned above) aren't, but they're more expensive anyway. The OTC ones are Humulin and Novolin, and both of those come in N, R, and 70/30... so if you want to do this just make up a combo (Humulin 70/30, etc). They're all about $40-50. Or (this is easier and cheaper) someone suggested to buy a box of test strips (around $50 for a box of 50) with your needles at a Walmart pharmacy, then immediately return the test strips at the customer service counter.
Oh yeah, I don't think there are insulin syringes that are not U100 (I believe that means 100 units per mL... the insulin itself is also called U100), so it's redundant to say that when asking for them...
I just go in, roll my sleeves up (to show no tracks, if you have obvious ones use makeup, but even after 20 dillies later I dont have a mark on me), and say I am a student and I am doing a project on the hyperdermic (sp.) needle and I need some to put up on a bristol board.

I thought worldwide know apotheke (pharmacy/apothecary) is supposed to refuse sale of needles because of fear of HIV contamination, etc. I've shot morphine sulphate a bunch of times and although I didn't buy the needles a friend of mine did and I told him if they asked to specify syringe type and a name of a certain insulin just incase and he had no problems nor was he asked except for the type of needle he needed as in they were more concerned with his preference. ;)
I have no tracks and have only shot on a few occasions but numerous times on those occaions of a few days because everytime I get morphine sulphate the dose is low so I have to do several big shots.
